Property located in Prime location near to Chandranagar flyover. Very old property from outside looks good, . But inside room lights are not working,No Hot water in room. Earlier stay commode flush was not working. In Complimentary Breakfast they are providing only Idly or upma, room service. limited qty. Even though ground floor good hotel is available. Not worth paying Rs.3000 per night

The rooms and hotel was veryy old and dirty absolutely disgusting they said it is 5 star hotel with great services and status I think that is probably when Charlie Chaplin was alive not right now the rooms are actually like a haunted mansion they last time they did maintenance was probably before the 19th century absolutely horrendous

Beautiful Hotel located in near Chandranagar Palakkad Hotel Banquet hall nicely decorated Food very tasty Good atomophere for family function We enjoyed well Thank you Srichakra management Swaminath very cooperative 🎉🎉🎉

There is no neat in bathroom and the room is coming bad smell and the bed was not clean and flush was not working the bathrooms tails was very yellow and slippery but out of the hotel was good

This place charges premium (3k+ per room) but the entire place is Gloomy and dark. Not in an antique way but rather just old and outdated. On top of everything there was LITERALLY HAIR LEFT INSIDE THE BATHTUB when I went to check in. That is un acceptable even in a room worth 600rs. Do not go here!!!

Hotel & rooms are awesome, but very worst maintenance. It is like BMW car without battery, no break and flat tyre. It's like Palace sold it to a begger. Rooms are smelling very bad, no switches working, white bed sheets are in yellow color and very very dirty, no dustbin. One of the worst experience

Last week, me and my family stayed in an AC double room for one night. It was a miserable experience. The accommodation and service is pathetic. No wonder, it has been given the name of "Srikachra" in one of the previous review. The room that was alloted to us was infested with cockroaches, bathroom door does close completely, white bath towels provided were almost black and does not seem to have been washed for ages, TV was not functioning, hot water was not available, the small refrigerator in the room was not working as probably it must not have been used for years. Plastic plates being used in the restaurant must have been purchased at the time of the hotels inception, since they are chipped off in the middle and sides. Hand towel kept at the wash basin is more dirtier than the bath towels. This would be the first and last time we would stay here. At the outset this hotel does not meet the minimum basic standards. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive side is the staff at the reception counter are courteous. Sincerely hope the management and owners take the required action to meet the expectations of the customers.

Good part 1. Location wise it is slightly away from palakkad town but situated in a quiet place. 2. Room size is slightly bigger. Good airflow and sunlight to the room. 3. Entrance is neat and clean. 4. Reception staff was approachable Not so good part 1. Lift was not working properly, we stayed at 3rd floor. 2. Beds were kind of ok type. Plug points were in damaged condition, window grill was rusted, tv was not working, shower in bathroom was not working, toilet seat cover was in damaged condition. 3. Complimentary breakfast was kind of ok, very minimal items only. We just stayed for a day, otherwise it's not worth.
