NillIt is an average place to stay. It is not that much worth considering the money you pay. We can get other good places for the same amount of money. Premium rooms are equipped with air conditioners and a TV is also available, Small packaged water bottles, a towel and toiletries ( Brush,paste and soap) are provided with the stay. The room has a Shelf for keeping your stuff and a small table. There is a dressing mirror opposite the bathroom door. The bathroom is neat but does not look like a premium one. Breakfast is available with your stay. The timing is from 8.10 AM to 10AM. Food is average. The staff are like they gave us money to book the hotel. It was really irritating their attitude. Even one of the staff tried to cheat as he told me that AC rooms are not available online for Booking as it is not fruitful for them and only Non AC rooms are available for online booking. So he told me to book offline from the reception which would cost me 2000 for a premium room that equipped with AC. But I booked online as I thought I would get only Non AC room ( Non premium room), surprisingly I got a premium room for only 1600. So I got a premium room online which the staff told would not be available online. I feel the stay is not worth the money you pay ( not the discounted amount you pay online but the amount you pay at the counter).

NillThis is not only a Review . My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The behavior of the staff, especially customer service, was unacceptable and far from professional. Despite booking a premium room, the experience was subpar. Cons: 1. Staff Behavior: The customer care staff were rude and unhelpful. One individual, who appeared to be the manager, displayed an unprofessional and bossy attitude, even towards his own team, right in front of customers. Instead of addressing concerns, he would question guests, making the entire interaction unpleasant. 2. Room Quality: The rooms were average at best and not reflective of a premium category. Bedsheets were worn out, and the furniture, including the shelf, was dusty and old. The bathrooms did not meet the standards of a premium room. 3. Service Decline: Having been a regular guest from 2021 to 2023, I noticed a stark decline in service quality and hygiene. What once felt like a home away from home now felt cold and unwelcoming. Pros: The only positive aspect was the cleaning staff, who appeared to do their job well, but even their efforts couldn’t compensate for the overall poor service and management. This experience has ensured that I will not book this hotel again, primarily due to the rude staff behavior and lack of basic hospitality.

NillI stayed in many parts of our country and abroad. I feel the service provided is not uptomark.The bed and the bedsheets are very old one. Bathroom is having a foul smell. I continued to stay in the same hotel as there is no alternate option. For the hotel rate they charged I feel the service and cleanliness could have been better.

NillI booked my room through make my trip for my wife ,mother in law and my child. While check in time, they asked me 500INR for extra as my kid age more than 5 years. My question here, while my booking time, make my trip were asking me the child age must be in between 1-17years. My child age is 15 and I booked the room as per make my trip given rate. So why should I pay extra ? Why Hotel's are asking more money while check in ? This reason, I decided book some other hotel for one day stay.

NillI stayed here a week, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why: 1. Reception & Check-In: • Upon arrival, there was no acknowledgment or welcome from the staff. • I had to explicitly inform them about my check-in, and the process was slow. • Despite having multiple bags, no one offered to help or even show me to my room; I was just handed the key. 2. Room Quality: • The room was average at best, but the maintenance was poor. • Curtains and bedsheets were torn, and the bathroom had water leakage issues. • Cleaning was done only once during my entire stay. 3. Facilities & Amenities: • Only two bottles of water were provided on the first day, with no refills for the rest of the week. • The landline in the room was non-functional, making it difficult to place orders or contact the staff. 4. Restaurant & Service: • Restaurant staff didn’t answer calls, and when I contacted the reception to request food delivery to my room, they rudely declined. • The staff’s overall behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. In summary, the service, hospitality, and maintenance at Hotel were highly disappointing. My stay was arranged for professional reasons, but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

NillWould have given 0 stars if possible. Booked a room here for my wife's family through MakeMyTrip. The booking included breakfast but in the morning, they refused to serve breakfast unless we pay for it separately. When we showed the booking on the app which clearly says breakfast is included. They insulted us by telling us to go and take it from the kitchen if we wanted. No one should ever book a room at this hotel. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff.
