Hotel Thachaparambil Residency

Who gave 3 star to this hotel. Bathroom is not clean. We got stomach upset after having their food. Pls don't go with family because of the bar.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are big and spacious. Sufficient parking facility. But the residency is not maintained well. Every part has been worn out or not functioning properly. The rooms were big, but not maintained properly, the wiring holes are visible, no hot water in the washroom, mirrors were not cleaned properly. If this residency is maintained well, it is really good place to stay. During our 3 nights stay, the house keeping was not done for which I was really upset. Otherwise the stay was good. Didn't try the restaurant.

Meals is quite nice . We had it for quite few days consecutively for lunch and i have to say that its not heavy on stomach, yet tasty and comforting. All the vegetarian dishes were perfect and they kept the standards throughout the days.i have to say that this is a good place for veg meals as lunch. Not at all crowded too.

Rooms are not spacious but clean and neat, kitchen have very standard timings. The staff is good and attend you even if it's late night. It's worth the price.

Very clean restrooms but have to accompany with a cockroach and its excretions around bed. Vanities were hygienically maintained.

We booked the hotel through phone and specifically told the reception staff we will check in at 12 : 30 am But when we asked them at 12:00 am to confirm the staff very rudely said "I have to go home now and you will not be allowed to checkin if you don't reach in 5 mins" He could have told us this before booking or could have said that it's their policy but he was very unprofessional and rude

Premium bar is waste The service and ambience jst average like a local bar Not worth for money and no privacy for the customers Crowded like local bar and the staff allow the peoples to laugh and make noise

Worst experience.. no cleanliness.. no safety.. indifferent behaviour of staffs.. worst food. Not at all a good place to stay..
