Hydel Palace Hotel and Resorts by Bestinn leisure

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with its offerings. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. One standout feature was the ample parking space, which made arriving and leaving incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel thoughtfully provided a comfortable and well-equipped room for drivers, a detail that not all establishments consider. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Overall, the combination of excellent amenities, thoughtful services, and great dining makes this hotel an outstanding choice. Highly recommended!

A wow experience, I highly recommend Hydel Palace because as the name goes by the moment you check in you get to be treated like a king @ Hydel Palace. The food was yummy and mouth watering to be honest. The swimming pool was neat and clean. The rooms were spacious. The location was easily accessible. The hotel has well trained true professionals , humble, polite, proactive and always at guests service,Fantastic team & Overall room service and guest satisfaction was at top notch. Highly recommended.

It was great that we choose this stay, well maintained and kind staffs. Rooms are kept neat as we saw in the picture,definitely it owns the name and the food was absolutely mouth watering liked it alot. Entire stay was so good.

Food was good and the staff at restaurant was polite. The staff at reception during the morning shift was very rude and did not assist in smooth checkout even on prior information. Furthermore during checkin the staff had recorded our booking.com details including the pin, and later I found that they have posted an exceptional review on my booking.com login. We had booked based on the reviews but won't recommend.

Excellent stay at Hydel palace Hotel and staff are excellent especially at reception and the view of room is spectacular. The cleanliness is maintained all time. Good food quality.

Terrible is the only word I can describe this hotel as. The management team is irresponsible and never take the suggestions and complaints from the customers. We came during the onam holiday and during our stay we had issue with the hot water and we enquired about it with the staff but after that everytime we ask them which they told will do the appropriate measures and solve the issue .. they just say it but don't take any action and every time we call they just say we will connect with the next higher authority in charge of hotel. If you can't keep the word you guys give .. it's just shame
