Only prefer if you are looking for a low budget lodge for stay. Rooms are only average. The toilet doors have lockes but doesn't work. Very hot in rooms even the fan is full speed. The hotel food is very good, especially the fish varieties.

This review is for their restaurant: The quality of the food and their service are not met the expectation. Even simple restaurants on the road side will provide better than this. The chairs in the restaurant has curry marks and I doubt to sit or not The waiters are not pleasing at all We ordered a couple of chicken biriyani and that was cold and below average. We tried to sit in the Ac cabin for privacy but the closed room has a strong smell of floor lotion and we left the room.

An average hotel in Pathanamthita. Hot water tap is separate and has no connection with shower and you can get only cold shower. Food is average. Nice place to eat.Good food and value for money.But ambiance needs to improve along with more cleanliness

Located conveniently at College Road ,. Pathanamthitta. Spacious car parking facility. Convenient visitors Iounge. AC and Non Ac clean Dining Rooms. Tasety food at affordable cost. Well behaving staff. Good.

Easily accessible and prime location. Staff service also pretty fair.. But, unhygienic rest room and overall. Very worse maintenance, looks like they are stopping the business. Do not opt it if you are particular about cleanliness.

An average hotel and we have no other option in Pathanamthita. Room is full of mosquitoes and very dirty. Bath room maintenance is very bad with lots of big spiders and ants and all sorts of insects crawling. Hot water tap is separate and has no connection with shower and you can get only cold shower. Food is average.

This place is ok to spend the night with little bed bugs in few beds and no hot water flowing on regular basis. Online price shows around Rs.1000 to Rs.1100 per night, but if you directly approach them then they charge between Rs.1500 to Rs.1600 per night.

Low standards. Couldn't sleep. No blanket and a lot of mosquietos. Once in the hotel the main door is closed. No exit after 10pm. Experienced jail life. I won't recommend to no one who read this.
