Hotel Heyday

The location is very accessible to KSRTC and Private bus stands. It was in a quite good location. The rooms are very clean and I have only concern regarding the safety and security of the place. The hotel has a bar and its near the rooms. The outsiders come often and I feel it's not secure. The breakfast should include some more varieties of food.

The service was excellent 👌 Friendly staff rooms are good in size, neat and clean. Bathrooms are well equipped and the hygiene level is top notch. Comfy bed. accept cards BAR 🍻 is there walkable distance to KSRTC BUS 🚌 stand pathanamthitta. Its family friendly.

I have spoke to a lady staff at 10:30 was very arrogant in behavior and she hanged up the call and left.

Great room for single double bed. Good lighting (bedside lamps) and control for individual light with control of AC and TV right next the beds. The room was also very well set up, gave the room a premium feeling. There were also great bathrooms with good space and great cleanliness there were even towels which was unexpected and we were given more when we asked. There was not much food options for vegetarians only chapati and vegetable curry however, the curry was surprisingly good and was given quickly. The room service was also great we had requested that they call us at 3 and they called us at the right time they also took out luggage upstairs. They would attend calls quickly and were very very helpful. It Would be even better if there were more vegetarian options as it is close to sabrimala and people who would come to that area would have to be vegetarians. It was also a bit loud at nights (barely noticeable) which was an inconvenience because we had to wake up early. Overall, would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Sharing our disappointing experience at Hey Day Hotel in Pathanamthitta, where the 30-year-old male staff at the reception displayed shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Upon our inquiry for a room, he not only refused our request but also rudely shouted at us to leave the premises. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable and utterly ruined our expectations of a pleasant stay. We urge others to take our experience into account before considering this hotel for their accommodations

It was a nice experience by organising a dealer meet at this Hotel and our stay was also very comfortable. Very well maintained Room and good service. It was really worth. Staff were very impressive and service inclined. Thanks 🌹

I was here with family for a weekend trip. Our stay was quite comfortable they had given me the top notch room services. Ambience of the restaurant is classy and refreshing, they provide food of great quality and taste. I had a lovely experience with heyday.
