Hotel Hills Park

The overall experience could have been better. The bed quality was below average and appeared quite old. The ceiling fan made a disturbing noise while running, making it difficult to sleep. The room was not very clean—there was visible dust under the bed, which was disappointing. The staff could be more welcoming and hospitable to enhance the stay. Breakfast was not up to the mark, though dinner was good. On the positive side, the parking and location were convenient. Additionally, room timing was flexible, as other rooms were available at the time.

I was travelling from Thekkady to Trivandrum by my Harley X440 bike and the hotel had good parking space. Even though I came in soaking wet and made some areas in reception watery, the signin process went smooth, room was well kept, with all the needed accessories. Hotel could include hair dryer when we get wet outside during the rains. Food was good and had all the items as per regular Kerala style cuisine. Food could be charged to room, breakfast was available from 8am or so being on Aug15, and all items were tasty. Highly recommend.

I booked two rooms for my family and me at this hotel. The rooms and toilets were clean considering the price. The restaurant was also clean, and the newly furnished hotel looked great. The food was excellent. However, the reception staff could improve their customer service skills – a bit more training would help them handle guests better.

Its about the restaurant. Took a parcel of porottas and kadai chicken from there. The food wasn't prepared fresh and it wasn't warm when I reached home just at a distance 10 mins drive from the restaurant. Selected Hills park expecting decent food but ended up in wasting 725 rs. Those who opt this place to take a parcel for a good dinner with family or friends, think twice or thrice.

This is review is for their restaurant. The only place in Pathanamthitta town where you can have really good Kerala meals. Clean, tidy and a peaceful place to dine in.

Poor service in executive bar. He is not even pleasant. Bad attitude. Felt like he was paying for our drinks and food, because he was not even ready to serve anything to us. And told every customer there is a high wait time for food or there is no food. And to the hotel atleast hire a good employee who knows how to handle customers

Stopped at this bar hotel near Konni on my way from Trivandrum to Cochin. The food and beverages were just okay, but it was the only place I could find along the route. Bar hotels or restaurants are quite rare on this stretch, so it was a convenient stop. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re looking for a quick break.

A very accessible hotel in Pathanamthitta in terms of location. The rooms are good and the bed was comfortable. Their room service starts at 8 am in the morning and that's a big minus in case you want to have some coffee before heading out. I wouldn't recommend eating food here. There are good restaurants within a 5 km radius.
