Rude and lazy security, who didn’t even show the courtesy to open the gate or help with the luggages!!!!!!! Overpriced rooms without any facilities , without complementary breakfast. All the staffs from the gate to reception is fools and arrogant ! They are living for money only ,no humanity ! It feels like we are staying for their money , no respect for guest ! Expensive and below average food !!

Horrible food. Unnecessarily overpriced. Bad quality and tasteless food. Rude and dismissive staff and manager. Worst experience we have had in a restaurant. The service was horrible from the moment we sat down for lunch. Refused to provide a menu when asked and only gave two option to choose from. The biriyani was bad, and tasteless. The meat was hard and undercooked. When we informed the staff about the same, he was rude and dismissive and refused to acknowledge the issue claiming this was how it was made. The moment we sat down, the staff uncapped a mineral water and served it without even asking. And it was billed at ₹25/- which is more than the MRP. Due to the horrible service, we left without having the food we paid for. Would not suggest going to this restaurant at all!!! They have zero sense of customer service. 0/10

I only wish to give 1 star but the reason i give 2 star is just because of the ambience of this place. The reason i am rating 2 stars is because the amount of the items and the quantity of the items doesn't even match the standards. Everything is overly priced and the quantity is really low. I think this is why you people lack customers. I hope you understand this and improve a bit.
