Green Tree Residency

We have been booked this via booking .com, after seen the good pics and reviews of this hotel. But while checked in this hotel, it is not worth at all.!!!!. room are not clean and no basics amentites in the room. Also, nasty smell in the room, and door lock is not safe. we booked this for 2 nights stay, but we canceled 1 night because room was just like a low class lodge room. The manager is not ready to refund the amount also. Not co operative at all. Please dont book this hotel, for couples and families it is not suitable.

The carpet and towel was wet. Wall was dirty. No wifi. And no net inside.(4G is not working!) the host keep pursuing me to do expensive jeep tour, about 6500 rupees. And the room is quite noisy for the church near.

Worst stay... Guys never ever book this with big expectations.. its just a lodge room with a bed and a bucket. If you wanna charge your phone u have to swith off tv... Only benefits for the money is a lot of parking space and some what near to the road...

I have booked this hotel through booking.com...|As per their description hotel provide all fecilites with cloth rack, toiletries etc. but the room is just like a lodge room.|No cloth rack, No Toilateries. Even the door has no good lock. Its not good for family or couple travellers|

The best place with a big parking lot. Good services. A calm and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are situated away from the town crowd. The best place to stay with family in safe.The rooms are well arranged.

Great location a few minutes from the Periyar reserve and walking distance from the Kumily center and central bus station.||The manager, Mr. Suaresh is really great person with unlimited patience always smiles and helps.||Every day before the sunset thousands of fruits bats pass across the sky just above the roof of the guesthouse and it is an amazing view.
