pros: handling of customer is too good. room is neat and clean provided dental kit, toiletries, coffee sachet, mini fridge,kettle,hair dryer,locker,shoe cleaner food is tasty and budget friendly even though it's 4 star hotel. provided switches to indicate do not clean and please cleanup. Very budget friendly hotel. At this lowest fare you cannot get a 4 star hotel except this hotel All are good except below cons cons: At least they should provide 2 litres of water bottle Hot water should flow constantly instead of taping off & waiting frequently.

Hotel location & rooms are good. Staff was courteous & friendly. Basic amenities like hot water.... It's a big deal in this property. As small geysers were provided in the room, which was not heating up even a bucket of water. We had to struggle a lot for it. Though hotel staff provided a bucket of hot water but in a small bathing cubical it was another struggle to adjust with bucket. Even, there was a drainage issue, my wash basin was clogged, though hotel staff tried to fix it... Failed....

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lincoln Square. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and fresh the rooms were. The attention to detail really made a difference. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always friendly and genuinely caring. It felt like a home away from home. A big thank you from our family for making our trip to Thekady so memorable! We can't wait to visit again.

The Brand New Hotel with Very Nice Room with all modern Facilities in the Centre of Thekkady.. Just next to this Hotel there is a Super Market where you can purchase everything... Good Location.. Food Quality is also Very Good & I had a Mint Juice That was Excellent... Location is Very Good & After Finishing all Sightseeing you can do the Spices Shopping near to Hotel by Walking... GM Mr James is a Very Nice Person & Entire Team is Very Humble... Thanks to entire Lincoln Square Team.. Will recommend all our Friends & Family Members to Stay in Lincoln Square..

I am Very glad that we got very great Service in Hotel Also in Restaurant, Mr Rajesh the Restaurant Manager was very kind and helpful ,food was delicious. Rooms were very excellent All amenities gave us nice pleasure. i will recommend all travellers to visit this hotel

This hotel should be definitely in your list for Kerala tour..... hotels service was awesome , one guy named Rohit in the restaurant section was very cooperative..... highlight was definitely the food we had there 10/10.....best in the whole tour

Rooms are good , location is in market but breakfast service is worst... Do not book with breakfast as they have lethargic approach towards guests. They even can't anticipate quantity required for number of guest they have.. took 20 minutes to refill simple bread toast...
