Very bad restaurant experience, Took the 45minutes to serve food, which was reheated and not fresh. the plates which served food had foul smell, we went to the kitchen and found out that the staff was using a soiled cloth to clean the plates, and putting the cleaning cloth on the floor after wiping the plates and reusing. We made a police complaint of the situation. Highly not recommended, the owner was ignorant and didn't respond reasonably to the situation. Don't know how the restaurant has 3 star rating with such poor hospitality. The restaurant was understaffed too. Worst unhygienic conditions.

Very poor experience, i don't wanna to suggest anyone here to stay . If we think wisely, we will get good room and restaurant near by this hotel. Not value for money and I have very bad experience.

We used first time this property..all staff are good service.. always ready to help.. we used 2 nights.. they giving parking for big vehicle.. nice breakfast. Cleaned room. Wi-Fi free..|| We strongly recommend for couple..

Hotel Souparnika inn well appointed hotel for business purpose.. near to my business place kottakkal. Easy to access on main road. Wifi speed need to improve.. they have inhouse permitted lounge. Myself stayed 3 nights.. they give more attention in my needs. | I will come back on my next visit.

This is my second time visit. Friendly behaviour staff.well organised family restaurant food is good quality. .The staff were attentive and the meals delicious.The room itself was spacious with lovely furniture and ambience.But overall great stay at a verey reasonable price.

One time i had a bad experience with Souparnika, the telephone is not working in my room. I was forced to walk up to the reception for ordering food. 2nd time the A/C also had complaint. 1. Avarage facilities 2. Good service 3. Easy to reach 4. Good parking facility
