The Svarga Hill View Resort

We stayed in family suite room. We booked it through Kamara, We were actually 5 of us 4 adult and 1 kid(2 family). Suite room has 2 room and they promised 2 family can stay in 2 rooms, however we got only single bed in one room due to which two people had to use one single bed which made us uncomfortable. Other than this service and complimentary food and all good. Climate was not that good, this might be it located 14km far from Munnar city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable service and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Housekeeping Supervisor Lima Marko deserves special mention for her exceptional assistance and attention to detail. Overall, a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations.

The experience of this resort was very nice the resort housekeeping manager is very friendly and beautiful by nature whenever you book this resort please ask for Miss Lima mam she will guide you very nicely. She is very very helpful Thank you for making our munnar experience very nice.

It is a bit far away from Munnar but the balcony view is sublime. There is a paucity of staff, but one of the leading one who is spearheading the entire operations, Lima Ma'am has been quite helpful and amazing in terms of managing things solely. The cooking looked a bit perplexed in terms of catering such a bunch (we are a family of 14 people who visited Munnar). But, in a holistic view, this resort is completely fine.

It was a wonderful stay at the place..location is beautiful... service excellent.. especially the supervisor Ms Lima is too good..her concern for smallest things about the guests is applaudable... Highly recommended stay!!!

This is one of the best resort that I have ever visited. The best thing about this resort was the hotel manager Miss Lima she was very helpful and friendly in nature we had experience of our life thanks for the awesome experience.

No room cleaning as well as no food for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend to eat dinner outside and then come to the resort. Location is great

Pathetic..... Don't book this hotel. Big insects in bathroom, open geyser electric wires, TV recharge not done. Bad room service, they didn't give the drinking water properly. No electric kettle provided.
