OYO 10484 Hotel Coffee County Retreat

Worst experience. The room was not maintained properly. The bed was filled with dust. The room was actually an insect zoo.... We spoted 3 spider, 4 cockroach, bugs on sofa, swimming pool tile was broken..... Wanna destroy wayand trip... Then this resort would be the best option!!

if you are looking for peaceful, calm and cool place spend your family holidays, no other option go Cofee County Retreat. surrounded by coffee plants and other organic fruit plants. swimming pool. Rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. there are 2 tree huts are available 1 with A/c and 1 without A/c. mostly you wont require A/c here. other huts are situated on the land. Every huts are different in each other. A perfect holiday spending place for families and couples. Easy to reach here. not too far from main road. break fast is too good and prices are less comparing other resorts in hotel with this range. Another important thing is customer service, there wont much staffs but they are available as when required. BBQ and camp fire will set up as per request.

It's a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday I think so because I heard someone saying it's advantages to me. Also I haven't gone there these are my thoughts and wishes about it. By my knowledge I think that there is beautiful park for children and swimming pools too So, I don't know much about that place. Anyway you may go and give your experience too.All the best. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary there. They gave a good service and well arranged for our needful. I will recomment this property.

Worst service from the staff. Better to change the tag line "resorts "to Lodge. Never trust the photos of room they provide in their website. Washroom, including the washbasin outside the room way kept dirty. U can't find any amenity including glass even in premium room. They changed ₹1200per pax + gst from us.

DOES NOT WORTH THE MONEY. you have plenty of better options in wayanad with the same money. Rooms are not cleaned properly. The smell around the pool was really bad ( something was dead and rotten around ). Experienced a bad attitude and a weird way of talking when asked for an extra towel. Dont be fooled by the fotos they sent.

Never ever select this resort. Nothing in this resort is same like in the pictures. Rooms are very small and with spider webs. There is no restaurant and you won't even get a tea. You can choose this place just to spoil your holiday mood.

We booked this hotel for one night.when we reached the hotel they gave this stay to some other people for more cost without even informing us . We had a kid along with us. They tried to trap us by showing someother hotels and wasted our time for 3 hours. They are not trustworthy ,even after u book they will sell the resort to some one else for more price. After reaching there they showed us some other properties which are more worst.And they didn't compromise for money as well even though it was their mistaken I would not recommend such unprofessional behaviour.
