I had a fantastic stay at Mintotel. The rooms were excellent, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The lighting and ambience was top notch and Air conditioning was was ensuring a pleasant and cool environment. The bathrooms were immaculately clean, which is always a plus. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were attentive, accommodating, and made our stay enjoyable. We booked the Club AC and it was worth every penny for the added perks and comfort. We only stayed for one night, but it was a memorable and delightful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Recommended 👍🏻 Location - 5/5 The hotel is located walking distance from Restaurants, Airavat Bus Stop, Sultan Battery Bus Depot and Mint Mall. The road that is like 150meters to this hotel is bad which is not a big deal if you are walking to the hotel from the main road so I didn’t have any issue. For people driving it might be little difficult but not all bad. They have parking space as well Food - NA There is no breakfast available as there is not restaurant in the hotel Rooms - 4/5 Rooms are very spacious. Even the Premium AC is bigger than many of the rooms I have been before at higher prices. They have USB socket to the switch board and the mirrors have amazing light. The ambiance very pleasant and silent through out the night. The AC is amazing. The bed can be better as it’s spring mattress and they did not have a comforter layer on the mattress which can give back pain some times. TV had lot of channels!! Which is rare in such budget hotels. Clean & Hygiene - 5/5 The rooms and the entire hotel were very very clean!! I booked directly with them and paid 1200₹ which was worth every penny. I wanted to extend my stay but it was full the next day.

Bathrooms are not good at all and AC was not working at all. Upon all these, they promised for corporate discount and finally they have not been on their words. I suggest for the money what we are spending per night we will get a very nice hotel outside.

Premium looking small rooms for the purpose of staying. No outdoor spaces. Nearby restaurant. Just beside the highway. Open to the busy road and roadside shops. Air conditioning appeared somewhat disappointing, maybe because Kerala was having a difficult weather when I stayed.
