Clouds Inn

When you travel with friends, who are generally backpackers, it's always a good idea to get to budget hotels. Clouds Inn came as a suggestion from booking.com team, and we decided to try it out for two days.||Clean rooms, well maintained toilets, friendly staff,.. That's a good deal to me. 100mtrs from the main city bus stand, all places of interest at optimum distance..||Overall a good place to stay, for family and friends.

Rooms are average, not so clean, only one pillow was good another one was completely flat. The bathroom door is broken. There is no shower. Best place for partying with friends for drinks over night. The TV and cable connection are good. There was no drinking water in the room. We need to take the water from the corridor dispenser. Wifi is there, It might get connected sometimes. The reception person is very friendly.

Dear travelers, Please don't book this hotel after seeing reviews. I have booked this hotel after checking reviews in goibibo and google in which everything was good. Then me and my husband reached hotel by around 8pm reception was somehow descent. Then we checked in, office boy took us to room, after seeing room we were disappointed like hell. Firstly room was smelling like hell due to rain. Then come to bed part- mattress was very hard, full flattened pillows like chapati, and cheapes rs.100 blanket provided, which we never seen in any hotel which was thin like anything. Towels quality and color was too bad. Then all switches were covered with dust. Then gone to see bathroom/washroom-firstly door was broken(hole in the door). Then whole bathroom tiles were dirty, not cleaned regularly it seems, taps were whitish color and dirty, commode was very old and not cleaned. Soap holder was not able to touch only dirty like anything, no shower. Old uncleaned bucket and mug was provided. And funny and wyak part was mug was also broken. Don't know how we spent one night there(8 pm tp 8 am), morning we woke up and checked out early, once we come out we realized its a market area, no where mentioned like that. Luckily we got out from there. Please go through photos i have attached then think to book this hotel in a hurry.

It's an ok place to stay. It's a lodge or guesthouse set up and not a hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained but there is nothing more. Small size TV, no elevator and no restaurant. With the price that we paid, it's too expensive as there are many good hotels in the vicinity available in same price. It is a value for money stay if you are getting it in around 800/night otherwise an expensive stay. The staff is indeed friendly and cooperative and they carried our luggage to 2nd floor and down while check-in and check-out.

Clean rooms with minimum bare basic essentials (including Wi-Fi). The hotel staff are co-operative. It's a decent place for a night halt. However, amenities like geysers in the bathroom are missing. Also, the hotel does not have any tie up with restaurants nearby to allow an order-in.

Good & pleasant stay. Effective rooms. Facilitates hot water for bathing. No newspapers. Budget friendly (when booked online - goibibo, TripAdvisor). Clear travel plans to tourist spots from the hotel. Comfortable space. Neat maintenance. No bad smells occurred. Water bottles are provided at no cost. Located in a well-versed town spot in Wayanad. (Sulthan Bathery) All the needed amenities are nearby the hotel (restaurant, bus stand, clothing items, ...etc)

It was really good experience being in clouds inn. They have maintained well with good hospitality. The facility person was very supportive. We spent 3 days in this hotel. its in centre of the city off MG Road, sultan bathery. If strongly recommend to others..

It has all basic amenities, not very posh but very reasonable. Good location within the city. If more than 2 people, prefer to take 2 rooms with single beds. Hotel staff good and cooperative. Advised for: 1 night budget stay.
