It's a decent room for short stay. The rooms were clean. The location is close to the town. Following could have been better or included: No toiletries and towels provided. There was no hot water in our rooms, but the staff was prompt to help us arrange hot water Kettle for hot drinking water.

We were charged more than what was agreed and oyo did not help us in this regard Secondly no staff was there to assist in helping with our luggage The reception just gave the key Whenever we asked anything at the reception he simply replied that I do not know

Hardly a kilometer away from the city. Clean and decent rooms. The manager Mr. Mani and his assistant Rasheed were really helpful. Charges are moderate . A best budget stay. They order food from outside. And trust me it is awesome. Free WiFi is also available but only in the reception.For your tour plan they can guide really well.

We stayed at this beautiful place during Xmas 2017 and they have an amazing team- staff here is awesome- Ready to help at any time.Spacious parking, Neat And spacious rooms are the highlights. Front office staff got very good knowledge about the local attractions and they even helped us with the easiest routes. Kudos.!||Keep up the good work- All the best for Team Chingly.

Room and bathroom fairly clean and basic. Clumsy check in, at first they said we had to move to another hotel but in the end the seemed to work it out. No hot water or air conditioning in the room. They advertised WiFi in the rooms but it was only available in reception. Staff were noisy late at night which could be heard from the rooms. Staff a bit haphazard, seemed unable to answer our questions and called us late at night when we were sleeping and woke us up to ask if we had eaten. Staff also quite invasive, taking pictures of us after we had asked them not to.

Worth for money, Cake cutting not allowed inside room but they are arranging a small room (dining hall) separately for bday celebration, little long from Wayanad sight seeing have to travel 1 hour for roaming Wayanad, Nice staff service..if.ur planning with medium budget u can select this hotel.
