Good property , room is large and has all amenity, only problem is that restaurant is closed and no option for food as in nearby , you have to travel 2 km too get food. This is homestay also so in evening there will be noise from boys room. Please provide the drinking bottles in room

Excellent stay in Wayanad! The dormitory was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly. A perfect combination for a memorable trip. Highly recommended

Good place to stay near sultan bathery. Rooms were neat and clean.Parking is also available here. Cheap and best place to stay within the budget. I thank for owner of Olivia residence and the manager of the hotel for making a room booked for 8 person on 31st for an decent rate thankyou. We will visit again

Affordable price range. Room was good for the rate. Service was not at all good, staff was with an attitude "if you want take it else no issues" .

Best for economic budget. Proper phone response. Reception and help desk. Clean rooms. Bedsheet and towel well cleaned. Silent zone.clean toilet.Complimentary breakfast. Enjoy Porotta and meen curry. Ample parking space at the backside.
