Hill Blooms Residency

One of the best stay I ever stayed. I liked the atmosphere, stay and staff behaviour is so good and amazed. Very clean and tidy with plesant smell. I chose tribal hut, which is so real as same as normal hut and very nice to stay in this hut and so much of good elements reminding as we are inside the nature. And I truly recommend this tribal hut for stay for family or friends anybody who is looking forward good stay and who is thinking for different stay. And I'm giving this hill bloom residency as five star ratings.

Not good, old rooms not well maintained, brocken taps. No lift for upstairs, no restaurant. I have booked through makemy trip, there was free breakfast offered during booking, but not provided, instead they gave Rs 50 to take breakfast from outside local restaurant. No drinking water provided, linen are old

Worst ever hotel for a stay they charge Rs. 1500 for Non AC and 1800 for AC. The AC is damaged The plug System is broken. 3 years back they charged 500 for Non AC and now Charging 1500. Mainly the behaviour of the person in the reception. He is around 70 and easily steals Money by doubling the amount. Also they first denied to provide extra pillow. Never use this place

It was one of the amazing and splendid trip among all other trips. As the hotel location was bit outside from city, we didn't find any traffic problem or any other type disturbance. In fact, it appears to be calm, peaceful and scenic place what we have thought while check-in. The rooms and bathrooms were quite clean and well-maintained. Small advice who are booking rooms, either carry your food or else have it while doing sightseeing, as hotel provide it with selective dishes. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

The rooms are lovely but Hill Blooms is located 3km from Sulthan Bathery in a very quiet area. We were unable to find anywhere open for dinner on both nights we stayed there - friday and saturday evening at 7.30 pm. Getting rickshaws into and out of Sulthan Bathery is a problem unless you dont mind getting ripped off.||The hotel manager is a lovely man, really nice and friendly! However, this does not make him competent. When we arrived he believed our reservation had not been confirmed, when according to booking.com it had. He found our booking but then didnt realise that breakfast was included in the price - clearly stated on booking.com. When we asked for plates they arrived 15 mins after we had finished eating (despite us waiting to start eating in the hope that they would arrive). We were put on the 3rd floor where there is no wifi and he didnt realise the signal didnt reach that floor! We asked him to book an auto rickshaw to Muthanga wild life sanctuary at 6.15 so we could get there as it opened. The car arrived at 6.55 so we missed the first round of cars and saw no elephants! Then when we paid there were extra costs ontop which he couldn't explain!! He tried to say it was our breakfast cost (so we had to explain that again!) Or a service charge.||It was issue after issue with him - he was nice and tried to solve them but they were so unecessary! There must be more straight forward places to stay at this price!|

First thing, this hotel is preferred if you have your own vehicle. It is located 4 km away from Sultan Bathery on road to Mysore. ||||We stayed there for 3 days, had our own car and got a special discounted package through goIbibo. It is more of a self service hotel with no proper dining facility. We had most of our meals while on the trip, or at Sultan Bathery (just 5 mins drive)||||Rooms are spacious with adequate cleanliness. The Manager was very cooperative, specially guiding us to go early on Muthanga Forest trip and other places. ||||Very calm and quiet, located outside the city with no hassle. Overall it fit the purpose nicely and we had a comfortable stay.

Rooms were good. We had booked hut style rooms. Looks wise they were too good and anyone who likes to stay in themed rooms will love them. In one of the rooms there was a hole on the top. And bathrooms were very small. Apart from that everything else was really good.

The manager of this hotel is probably the most helpful hotel manager in India. He really went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. The room was very clean and Simply decorated. It's a bit out from the main town but that's kinda nice. The wifi is also very good.
