Spacious rooms, polite and cooperative staff.The hotel location is good, Absolutely stunning sorroundings, and such a beautiful place. The food is absolutely scrumptious and delicious. Such an elegant hotel. If any of y'all going to sultan batthery, I would rather recommend to pay a visit here.

This is Govt property by Kerala tourism. Well maintained. Nice and clean. Spacious rooms. But the structure needs renovation like the doors, ceilings etc. Do not expect much during breakfast. |Lunch and dinner has to be ordered in advance. The food served during lunch and dinner is hot and tasty.

Hmmm it’s a government property some 1 km from the bus stand. It’s decent on all counts. Rest assured. Mark my words.

It is little off from the hustle bustle of the city and in the evening gets quiet. Very calm. The roads leading to the hotel are narrow. Lot of open area in the premises to play around. After dark, it is little difficult to commute to and from the hotel.

Rooms are spacious but need more improvement in maintaining the property. KTDC should take initiative to run stays like private owners. Staffs are polite but no restaurant and basic amenities are missing inside the room.

This state run hotel is an average and somewhat run down, but economical place to stay. AC and Non AC rooms are available. There is a restaurant, a garden and ample car parking. The location is remote and it is not possible to walk down into the town. There is very limited choice of food in the restaurant and this needs to be ordered well in advance. We arrived around 2pm and were told that nothing was available. The room was equipped with an air conditioner, a TV and an electric kettle. The attached bath had a geyser but some of the taps were leaky. Complimentary breakfast is provided. There is no bar in the hotel. It can be an economical alternative if coming by your own car, but avoidable otherwise because of the remote location

Amazing staff, Great price, Decent rooms and great location - if you want to stay in Wayanad and explore for a couple days - look no further. If this is your 1st time in Wayanad, this hotel is in the town of Sulthan Battery and comes just near the Kerala Karnataka Border (Bandipur). The hotel is just 1km off the main road and has good parking facilities, clean rooms and an understated beauty. The stay is about perfect for a weekend trip of any kind - family, couple, friends etc.

The hotel was booked to to relatively low price. The staff is good. There is ample space for playing shuttle, cycling, carroms and kids play.
