SFS Homebridge I Hotel in Trivandrum

During my stay I experienced exceptional service from the operations team, particularly Mr. Abhilash. His dedication to ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of my room was truly outstanding. Every day, I returned to a meticulously cleaned room with thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable.||Ms Ranjini, from the front office staff was very pleasant and made us feel valued as a guest. Her professionalism and efficiency are a testament to the high standards of service at your hotel.||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trivandrum, as the hospitality and service are truly exceptional.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Trivandrum. Centrally located, comfortable and very neat and spacious rooms with a surprise element of an additional rest room ( rather called a powder room), truly worth the money.|what makes the place more soothing and welcoming is the human touch provided by their exceptional team - special mention for the ever smiling team of Abhilash, Manager and Ranjini ( front office), not missing the support staff. |Being so close to Trivandrum Club, its the best place to stay if one has a function to attend there.|A BIG THANK YOU to the whole team for supporting my big family that stayed in your 20 rooms and ZERO complaints....WOW!!!

Very clean rooms and good service by the staff. The room we took had a kitchenette and two bathrooms. The breakfast provided was delicious. The best part is the location of this place. Situated very close to Trivandrum Club, it's just a few metres from the main road. The approach street is narrow but they have underground parking and some cars can be parked in front of the hotel as well.

Excellent place but the management must make note of certain things. We were there from 23rd sept to 1st oct 2024. 1. Booking. Com, make my trip. Com etc advertise the property as service apt. On entering our suite, no 504, we were dismayed to find that the amenities provided in the suite did not match what was offered on the site.... Eg..no microwave, no kitchen ware, no iron, no dryer, breakfast also not to be included. We were met by an extremely rude manager Gopakumar who insisted what booking. Com promised is not his concern. This is a hotel and not a service apt.... We could fight with booking. Com or check out if we wanted. ( This was inspite of the fact that I had sent the confirmati on letter earlier of booking.com specifying the conveniences offered by sfs homebridge to him...) We are senior citizens and had travelled to trivandrum specifically for medical reasons and particularly chosen the apartment for the conveniences offered. There is definitely no co-ordination between the two agencies. It is imperative that sfs also signs the confirmation letter to avoid unpleasantness. 2. The used plates would lie outside the rooms in the corridors for over 24 hours. 3. When Room service food is ordered no bill is presented for signature. We were there for 8 days and had to remember what we had ordered each day. We were charged for laundry which we did not avail. Such a lovely place... It's sad checking in and checking out ..we had a bad experience...I wish the management will take care. The rest of the staff were courteous and responsive.

Great place to stay. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Very well maintained. Very quiet and don't feel like you're in a hotel.

Our third stay at SFS Vellayambalam was the shortest one; Abhilash was at his best, as always, courteous, caring and obliging. The other staff, too, were very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast fare is highly recommended.

Recently we stayed at SFS Homebridge from 3rd to 7th September. Our stay was pleasant, the staff was courteous and the food was also nice. The overall experience was great. Thanks a lot to the entire team of SFS Homebridge.

We were a family of 20 and we arrived with a pre booking from UAE for the House warming function of my House . Mr. Abhilash - Manager who had assured me of the arrangements took care of us and surprised all of us, as he did everything so well in a planned manner and handled matters in the most professional way.. ||The Dinner arrangements for the inhouse guest was fabulous . He made the choice of menu which each one us appreciated .Next day lunch ( Sadhya) for 125 people was deliciously prepared and the arrangements was excellent. |All the guests were in praise for the food quality, cleanliness and the overall arrangements . The support team was thorough in their skill sets that made us more comfortable. |Overall we only have good memories of our stay @ SFS Home bridge which made our function a grand success.!!!|Well done Mr. Abhilash and team ! keep it up.
