It's appartment. Booked 2 rooms, so got full 2 bhk which was very helpful as kids got more space to play. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Electric kettle available. One room was not having cupboard which was a little concern. Parking inside compound is a little difficult and may other vehicles get parked behind yours. Overall good stay.

These are hotel apartments and it is neat and clean with friendly staff.|Worth for the money…. We loved it sooo much. |Recommend to provide big bed for families having 2 kids.It is near to highway….. spacious rooms….. budget friendly…….recommended

Well maintained, hygienic stay and staffs were Co-operative, decent.uber, swiggy, zomato are accessible to this property. I prefer for those who are new to trivandrum mainly.felt like a home away from home

This is a serviced apartment. The room was very clean and spacious for the price. Friendly staff. Excellent service. If you are travelling by car, getting in and out of parking is a two person job.

I had a wonderful time at this Homestay. The location was convenient and close to Trivandrum highway .The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
