We stayed for 1 day and it was a very Nice. Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Hot water is available 24×7. Owner was very Helpful . He guided us for routes and best way of transport to reach our detinations as well. Very next to this there are multiple restaurants options as well. I highly recomend this place. Its very near to KIMS hospital as well.

I recently stayed at Regal Suites for two days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests. I highly recommend Regal Suites for anyone visiting Trivandrum.

The stay is very good. The area is active throughout the day being close to many commercial areas and hospital around. Rooms: The suite rooms we booked were great. These are spacious. We were unlucky to have a faulty water heater, but it was working in other rooms. Optimum sized bathroom. Parking: In front, there is no space for parking. I think they have some space at basement. Service: They have shared three numbers on which you can call for any help required. They serve you well. Also, the owner is also reachable. Fooding: No in-house food options. You can order food and enjoy at the comfort for your room. They help with dishes. Many good restaurants are nearby, so it is suggestable to have food there.

Amazing place. Clean rooms with good prices. Sudden early check-in was allowed and every late check out was allowed with minimal extra pay. Recommended for staying

If you want to stay near KIMS, this is the perfect place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The owner is a gem of a person, was very helpful until the end. Would recommend this place 100%

The stay was pretty good, the washroom and room was clean enough, since neatness is the most important thing for a stay.. ovr pretty great time here.
