The Heartland Hotel

Had a very comfortable stay at reasonable price. Room was very clean and fresh. The staffs were really friendly and were ready to assist at any time. One of the plus points are the hotel locates so near to the railway station.

This was our third mistake in choosing this place again, as we were left with no better options. Each time, we were met with the same disappointing experience: rooms that were not cleaned after the previous check-out, no towels or toiletries provided, and bedsheets with visible stains. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was appalling—they appeared irritated and unwelcoming whenever we made any requests. This establishment has consistently failed to meet even the basic standards of hospitality.

The rooms were too good and very comfortable.I have been stayed about 4 days in this hotel. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every needs. The reception staff named disilva and rajas was very friendly and caring. Thank you heartland team.

I recently stayed at Heartland and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any needs or inquiries. Additionally, the hotel's location was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Overall good. Early check-in allowed at a reasonable cost. Value for the money. Double ac bedroom for 2200/- day. I booked through MMT. NEAT AND CLEAN. Next property is BJP kerala karyalay. Road Approaching to the property is little trouble for approx 25 meter. Rest is ok. Great location.plenty of restaurants near by.

Heartland is conveniently located just about 350 meters from the railway station. Being a fairly new property, the rooms are in excellent condition, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff was willing to accommodate me for an extra charge. However, there are areas that need improvement, particularly in customer service. Additionally, toiletries were only provided upon request, which was not ideal. Overall, it's worth the price, and the location is fantastic.

We express our appreciation for our recent stay at Heartland hotel Tvm with my family. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the rooms and bathrooms. However, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the breakfast service, we felt that there could be some improvements in the items served. Thanks once again for a lovely stay, Dr Murad

The rates were very affordable, offering great value for money. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!
