I don’t want to give stars for this hotel Because it’s a local lodge Don’t go to this hotel , high pricey And they don’t provide intercom also You have go to reception every time Tell them what you need the maintenance and service is so bad. Broken bed, non-functional AC, missing AC Remote, non availability of intercom and call bell, broken taps and bathroom fittings, loose electrical fittings, blocked, fire water sprinklers, etc are the available features. For towels, drinking water and for any requirement, go to the Reception and collect every time. Most of the time, no one is available at the reception desk. Very worst Room. Smoking smell in the room. Alignment of room is not good fan is in one corner cot is in other corner.. Bathroom is not clean & good, small insects & cockroaches are there. The receptionist is very rude & not even responding. Once your payment is done they ask you to leave it if you are not interested. No hot water, No room service. There is no call extension for room service/receptionist from the room. Not even treating the customers in good manner

Very bad room condition, worst in my entire life,, if you stay there will effect any disease. AC not working, bathroom is very very dirty.The image they give and the actual room are entirely different. If you care your family don't Book this hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!! All images given in Google are fake. 1. The two Classic Rooms booked did not have the promised three-size beds. 2. Both rooms, including the bathrooms, were unhygienic, with rodent droppings, dust, dirt, damaged wooden structures, hair, and insects throughout. 3. One bathroom had no functional pipe, rendering it unusable. 4. Water supply stopped multiple times, causing severe inconvenience, especially as we had an early departure planned. 5. The reception staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke rudely to my sister. This experience disrupted our plans, caused undue stress, and forced us to compromise basic hygiene and comfort

Absolutely horrendous room.... Besides the disgusting marks on the walls, the pillows are fungal infected. The room had a smocking cigarette smell.. it's a good place if you want an expensive lodge. The room I got was on the 5th floor and the lift doesn't work 🙄. Had to carry the luggage all the way up. What a pleasant experience.

The worst experience of my life in a hotel.After a hectic journey reached Trivandrum at night and checked in at 10.00 pm but the room that I got was pathetic in every aspect,the major problem was that there was no water, went thrice to the reception with the complaint and they told every time it will be resolved. After much delay by 10:45 PM water began to come but only in the tap not in the toilet flesh, again ran downstairs with the complaint, a boy came after much delay and he did something and for once the flesh worked.He said it is ok it will be ready after water refill , but the same problem again happened. I again ran downstairs but no one was there, waited for long time until 11.15 pm but to no use. So spend the night without any water . Next day early morning I vacated the hotel, I had booked the room for 2 days and paid the rent in advance but to bear this trauma for one more night will be unbearable. The worst experience in my entire life.Never ever I will stay in this hotel.Never recommend to anyone. The amount they charge is for three star stay but it is not even 1 star. Service is the worst.

I booked this hotel in ixigo just 15 mnts before arrival to this hotel, and they run this under another name collection o thamponoor. when reached there, they inform AC is not working. When checked reviews everyone is facing the same issue of AC not working. Seems like this hotel is running a scam. I raised this complaint in Ixigo, they informed me that as per hotel policy they can partially refund only. Seems like even ixigo and this hotel are a group of scammers to get money. I have been there for one day. But my experience was totally bad. I booked room online with AC. When I reached there for Checkin in night 10 PM. They said they don't have AC room please contact with your booking site. After some dicussion they provided AC room key. But in that room there was many issues. Bathroom is not clean, water liackage, flush didn't work. And after 2 hour AC stoped working. In morning time,there were no water supply in bathroom as well. I called multiple times but no reposense. So don't book it online. Go there and book it by seeing the condition of the room.

Extremely disappointing experience at Teekey Palace, OYO, Thambanoor. The customer service was abysmal, with staff seemingly uninterested in addressing my concerns.Needed about 30 minutes to check in.The rooms were not much clean, no WiFi and TV functioning, no remote for AC and the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Toiletries were not provided, and I had to repeatedly request for drinking water. The final straw was when I slipped and fell on the watery bathroom floor, prompting a room change. Thanks for that.Overall, a horrific stay that I would not recommend to anyone, but IT CAN BE BETTER PLACE IN CASE OF APT RENOVATION.
