Very bad experience from the staff on 24.12.2024...Booked the hotel over phone and told the receptionist that I will be reaching only at 2 am in the morning.. but didn't even attended when reached hotel at 2.30 am.. kept waiting for 20 minutes in that untime...left the hotel and went to Galaxy hotel near Aristo junction

Room is very small and not clean, not worth for the price even there is no landline so we couldn't connect them easily,each and every time we need to go down to say anything

Nice location near aristo junction in front of railway station. Hotel is renovated i think we stayed at AC room . Hot water was there . TV was working. its not as bad as mentioned in other review . . Satisfied with room . Its not very modernised though..

Worst room and services in Thiruvananthapuram. Room was full of dust, walls was very dirty and the main thing was about the bathroom, bathroom was really really dirty, my kid felt nauseated when entered into that bathroom. Bathroom walls having dirt stuck for years I think... After bathing it seems that water flows to the room from bathroom and no words about describing about the floor mat that kept outside the bathroom. That much worst. Shelves also seems dusty. There was no basic fecilities like drinking water, soap etc.. Tv was there, but not working. The single ac room rent was Rs. 1700/- per day. An oldman who was sitting in the reception having an arrogent attitude like we are staying there for free of cost. If there is an opportunity for providing zero stars or even negetive points I will definitely put that. Only one positive thing is the location. Good location within the city.

I don't even want to give 1 star also. I want to give the rating in minus. This is the worst experience i ever had. There were spiders, insects and lizards in the rooms. There are oil stains all over the walls. The room was not even clean when we arrived.....there were dusts all over the floor. Please don't plan to stay in this hotel.

The worst hotel ever! If you are planning for a trip here, please look for some other place to stay. There are plenty around, with very less cost. This one is worst of all. We planned on staying here in emergency and it was our biggest mistake. There are insects creeping from every where. The rooms are dirty as hell.Bedsheets, blankets, pillows are smelly, with black spots and marks. If there was a negative grading system, I would have given this stupid hotel a "-100". The hotel is so bad that the receptionists couldn't even understand any other language apart from the native one. It was extremely problematic for us tourists. DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

It's quite close to each and every basic facility like eatery Bus station, Railway station, Near by market. Room are average in Nature prefer AC room in hot season. No add on Service there like water bottle or Shop for Bath they provide. Almira in room are old style . Washroom is also average , No Shower Facility. It's closed building so Lobby is also congested. Room are comfortable although if you have plan for One day stay.

Met my requirement of staying overnight. Near to railway station. Not spacious but A/c rooms are good for mosquito free sleep. Receptionist is not friendly even after I paid whole amount in advance. Veg and non veg restaurants are nearby. May not be my first choice next time.
