HOTEL Chola International

Had a not so great experience at Hotel Chola International in Trivandrum. I ordered masala dosa and coffee, and both tasted really bad, very disappointing. The service was actually good, staff were polite and attentive. Ambiance was just average, nothing to mention. Overall, I would not recommend it if you are going there for the food.

The food is awful we can't even eat the kitchen staff is telling to the supplier no more extra gravy anywhere in the world they will provide gravy or anything this facility is disaster no one goes to this place is there looting mallu think about others don't get full in this facility like staff also very rude don't visit this place even once you will regret in future 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The beer service is awesome. Lots of variety and good quality chilled beer. But the food is awful. Very old fish and mutton. Deep fried fish to the point where it tastes bitter. Mutton is old about a week atleast. Had to fight to chew. I would go there just for the beer. Loved the ambience though.

The Food Was good, A staff who served in our table was excellent..But Named as a captain who is in the duty said to be pathetic..A heritage hotel collecting amount equal to a 4 Star hotel need at least table manners..The staff who is ready with our instruction, but the captain had a huge talk to do it...i think if he is act or is a captain, Hotel need to first train him the table manners and guest dealing first...visited, 29.02.2024@ 12:45 PM, Ac area, had Sadhya ,Biriyani & Beers....

Very poor customer service, bearer was slower than sloth. They took around 20mintues to serve a beer as if they went to underground godown to take the beer. Biriyani was like, a poor chicken curry mixed with rice. Though the building looks like a CHEAP bar, they charge Rs.50for a beer more than SPgrandays executive bar. Final verdict. Please don't go there of even if you starve like hell.

It's basically a restaurant. Good for dinner and lunch. Though bar is also included, but separate family rooms are also available. Foods was fresh n tasty. South Indian foods along with chapatti, butter nan, chicken recepies are available. May feel some awkward with family from smoking and alcoholic bottles inside restaurant.
