The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — far better than what I expected for the price I paid, making it excellent value for money. One of the best parts of the stay was the amazing breakfast, which offered a good variety of tasty options and was consistently fresh. The location is also a big plus, as it’s centrally situated, just a short walk from the railway station and bus stand, yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were polite, check-in was smooth, and overall service was professional. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, and conveniently located hotel in Trivandrum with great food and spacious rooms, I’d definitely recommend Goodland.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who are genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and spotless. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in town. Very Good Rooms,Comfortable Location but not enough parking space(4 slots only)..as well as for service,very poor. Front desk Receptionist is attending in a lazy way..The Biggest Problem we had was Parking and There was No Coordination between staff.

BAD EXPERIENCE: REVIEWS ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY If your definition of great stay are the following, then Treebo Good Land Residency is a great option. 1. Late check in . The room wasn't ready by one o'clock. We got the room only by 1. 25 pm and the floor was completely wet. It took another 10 minutes to dry it out. 2. When we reached the hotel after outing by 11 p.m., water was dripping from many parts on the ceiling, and it was difficult to stay there. So we asked them to change the room, and they did it, and it took almost an hour. What's even more appalling is that the receptionist is talking as if it's a very normal thing. 3. At 7:30 in the morning when we tried the hot water it was not working. Because of this all the plans went awry. We couldn't even use the bathroom because people were coming to repair it. This was not rectified even when we were checking out. 4. The arrogant attitude of receptionist is another problem. After the hot water problem in the morning, I went to the receptionist and told that I have certain grievances to say. He arrogantly posed that he was not the person to hear that and I have to talk to his GM about that. 5. Last but not the least, the AC remote was also not working. It could be switched on but temperature cannot be adjusted. Night was fine because we were used to keeping low temperatures at night but during the day, I juggled with it for some time but it didn't work . I didn't complain about this out of exhaustion. If you paying 3000 for a hotel room and have to go through all this and still think it's normal Goodland Residency is a wonderful place to stay.

Nice people at the reception. Great staff and very close to Thampanoor railway station (TVM Central Railway station and bus station). My son (1 yr old) had spoiled the entire Athapoo on the day of Onam, when we had stayed there. The staff had put in so much effort (I was told until 3 am in the morning to set the Athapoo), but despite that they understood my situation (had checked out from the hotel, no other rooms were available, had to sit for an hour and half at the reception before boarding my train). Thankful to the staff for being understanding. The rooms were good, clean and well kept. Room service too was good. Definitely would recommend this for a stay in Trivandrum.

Had a wonderful stay at Goodland residency Trivandrum. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and very helpful throughout our visit. Great location with easy access to the city. Loved the peaceful ambiance and overall comfort.
