Hotel Silver Sand

Check in and check out is easy.. Staff very helpful.. Located adjacent to Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station but no direct access to railway station.. Less than one km distance through road.. Room was spacious enough.. Neat and clean also.. Sounds from railway station is a big issue as it is very close to railway station..

Service is very poor. I stayed for 12 days but my room was neither cleaned nor bed sheets changed. On complaining, they are not ready to accept their mistakes. They don't have any accountability. In my view people can search for a better option than this in the nearby area. Room is full of bedbugs which hotel administration is not accepting that's why I am sharing it's photos.

worst hotel I've ever visited l, first of all they took about 1hr to provide the room despite being present there at 1:00PM and their check in time was 12:00. there was no toiletries given to us, rooms were okeyish, towel provided was only one for booking of 2 person. you'll feel like sleeping on a railway station that much noise is heared in the room. No drinking water bottle provided, only jug and 2 glass provided which was not clean. staff didn't got our luggage from the car, we have to take it to the reception and then only they'll take the luggage. very unprofessional hotel and price is also not very low, so not at all recommended.

These are mere frauds. I prebooked a room well in advance (2 weeks). I reached there at 11 pm and they said our hotel is at opposite location. I assumed they have two branches. I got surprised when they took me into a remote street at almost midnight to a Lodge (low quality) named "Treebo Trip Majestic Inn". It was a smelly, pathetic conditioned room. I was traveling with my wife and I wanted everything to be perfect. I felt completely unsafe there. It was not at all worth for Rs 2100, for which I had made an advanced payment. Moreover, the checkout time mentioned in my booking was 12 PM but the people at Majestic Inn forced me to checkout at 11 am, ruining my itinerary. I have requested Cleartrip to unlist this property.

I had to attend an upsc exam at trivandrum near palayam . I was coming from Kozhikode and my friend and I booked a hotel near thampanoor via the Oyo app . I got a message from the Oyo app saying that our room had shifted to a place which was clearly far away from our previous place . So we couldn't do anything but cancel the booking. Then she booked this hotel via Google . I was the first one to reach there . After having the formalities at the reception I reached our room. Quite to my surprise the room was below average in cleanliness and maintenance. I already had Paid 1250 and shifting to a new place at this time would be cumbersome. So I decided to stay there. We had a rail view( literally can see the TVM railway tract and station). The continuous announcements also need to be mentioned here. I had to wait outside till my friend came because I didn't feel safe being alone there. On the next day we went to have breakfast in their restaurant below after checking out. I had already mentioned that we have an exam to attend and need breakfast asap. We were the only customers there. They took more time than told and sadly we had to leave without having food. Really disappointed.

The worst food and service ever. There was 5 waiters but no customers was there accept us. And the food came after so long. Also they don't know how to give serve. The food amount gave me anxiety. It was that small . Very bad , regret going. The food amount was very small. Haven't gave the enough and very pricey the quality was vary bad. Never go again

Yesterday in early morning we called book the room through receptionist guy after reaching hotel he demanded extra money and refused to give rooms and his behaviour is purely unprofessional the hotel seems good but that receptionist guy is worst ,i tried to call owner but i didn’t find contact unfortunately.if owner is seeing this review please take this review very seriously as everyone aware that customer satisfaction is top most priority.
