Sivada Heritage Inn

5 stars for location only. Rooms are ok and no proper cleaning , no towels or any additional things were provided. Service I want to give 0 as no option for minus.. The worst part is the arrogant host. I stayed there for a few hrs just to keep my baggage and get fresh before darshan. Once I left the hotel - I received a call from the host for towels , I was surprised as the towels were never provided and why would I carry the hotels used towels .. Still he had an argument with me on call. I hope they find their towels.

Location is good for padmanabha swamy temple goers. But worst behaviour from staff and worst service. Rooms are kinda ok.

The location of the hotel was the best, walking distance to padmanabha Swami temple and good restaurants nearby. A tea stall is near the gate of the hotel which serves very energetic and tasty tea and coffee. The service was not so special as you have to transfer your luggage by yourself. The rooms were good and the bathrooms were clean. If you visit trivandrum, I don't think you could get a better hotel than this ( in terms of only location, only location ) Thank you

VERY NEAR TO PADMANAABHA SWAMI TEMPLE. POSITIVE VIBE INTHE AREA AND ROOMS WITH WOODEN ROOF GIVES A COOLING EFFECT

Affordable rates, neat n tidy rooms, great service, and easy access to the temple... what more could we ask for! For our big family with lil kids, this was the perfect place to stay. A home away from home it was, so we do intent to arrive at your door step again. Thank you TEAM Sivada, it was great getting to meet you.

It is a individual house...the room that was provided to us had ac... Clean bedsheets, towels and soaps for use.... Loved the stay ...only concern was No lift and staircase was too high for my parents...so better to ask for rooms in ground floor...

Sivada Heritage is very close to Padmanabha Swamy temple and the houses we wanted to visit. They also provided parking nearby for our bus. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Staff was super helpful.

The owner was very pleasing and helpful. Close to Ananthapadmanabaswami temple. My only concern was MMT. They charged Rs 2,800/_ for a Non ac room whereas the hotel price is Rs.1,500/_. Dont book through Make my trip. This agent will pocket 80% of the amount. Call the hotel directly and book.
