Al Saj Convention Centre Trivandrum

One of the bad places I had to visit since it was an office colleague's wedding so asking for other bookings might have sounded rude. The AC is from 90s and in the name of an extra bed, they will give you one comforter. The bathroom is big and one cheap soap is provided in the name of toiletries. If it rains while you are asleep then you will have a scary time. The attendants are least bothered about hospitality. Felt like a government lodge.

We stayed in Al Saj on 18 Jan 2019. The hotel is located next to the highway in Kazhakootam and is easily accessible. There ia adequate parking space. Mr Vaisakh on the front desk was extremely helpful in checking us in and with whatever assistance we asked for. He changed our room from first floor to ground floor on seeing my 78 years old mother with me which was a great help. The room was value for money. The ambiance was good. The room including the bathroom was clean and so were the linen. A kettle was available with coffee and tea bags. Mr Nge, who was there for room service was very courteous and prompt with the service when we ordered coffee. The AC was working well and the TV had required channels. The brightness in the room can be enhanced especially near the mirror by adding a couple of brighter bulbs. The breakfast was complimentary and was tasty. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Excellent stay at super collection O hotel , previously known as treebo trend hotel , it's parking is excellent, same compund of Al Saj convention centre , overall pleasant stay

Selected Al Saj convention centre, Kazakkootam, Trivandrum, for a two day Stay, on the 16th & 17th of january 2020, for attending a Wedding reception function of a Family Friend.in the Gravity Hall (within the property) The Premises was kept neat an clean. the rooms and the toilets were also clean.The only problem was that the 2nd floor rooms were Hot and the available ACs were not up to the mark. But the Manager Mr. George was helpful in changing the rooms without much fuss.I would surely recommend this place , which is quite near the Software Techno Park, and has easy access to all parts of the city.

Hotel room is very neat and clean . Hotel is on the side of National Highway. Lots of parking space available. Air-conditioned room with cable TV and attached bathroom. Staff behavior is good and polite. Included breakfast is good. We are very much enjoyed the stay really comfortable.

Very good rooms but rude attendants. The bell boys work at the reception occasionally coz there is no one to relieve the receptionist during lunch and dinner times. The same guy works throughout the day. Those boys have no manners and etiquettes. One of them just dumped our luggage outside the room and ordered us to take it inside on our own. On complaining the receptionist was apologetic but also supportive of him saying they are new. Food they provide as complimentary was not at all good but their restauranthad tasty food. The place is basically a convention centre thus is always crowded.

The rooms though seem old, has been spruced up to look new gen. Value for money. The AC remote was not working properly. You do not have much options in Malayalam if you want to watch the TV. They provide a shower gel and not soap. That isnt easy to use, since the dispensor is fixed somewhere. You will have to use the tap since the shower doesnt have enough pressure. Overall, it was good. I did not like the breakfast provided in the morning. Not much of choice.
