OYO 30555 Ushodaya Inn

It is a service apartment with a spacious bedroom and an attached bathroom. Complimentary breakfast served was delicious. The customer service is worth commenting. We had a late night check-in and the receptionist take care of everything even at that time. We are impressed by the excellent behaviour of the staffs. Will definitely consider this space for our future visits to tvm.

Very pathetic experience. I booked my stay here. Firstly I was literally searching for the hotel building because there is no signage for hotels at building. Thankfully because MMT has loaded hotel facade picture we found the building. Most amazing thing there was no guard to open the main gate. My husband opened it. Than guess what.. Reception main entrance door was locked from inside and they have stick a paper written 'DOOR CLOSED' it was a glass door so we can see inside no one was at reception. Than we called the hotel no. Share the Treebo customer care. But no one answered it. I have clicked pictures as well. When I informed this to Treebo customer care person told me as this is midnight my supervisor is not available but surely you will be getting the call in morning sharp 08am. And no one called me at 08am. Than again I called at 08:10am. Than again customer care person told me you will be getting a call back. No call back again. Than again I called at 08:30am. Surprisingly customer care person Vakar Ahmed told me that mam you will be getting a call back in few min. I said tell me your head's name I will arrange the contact no. Will call. Because I am not getting any call back. Guess what this person said he don't who is his head 😂😂. I sits in central customer care office so we don't have this information. After this|Finally i received the call at 09:20am.. Escalation manager, when I asked him what is your head he said i am the head there is no one above me.||I was like if the head is like this. Who has no value for time, how will down the line team would get.

Superb facility like clean room , bathroom, Ac, TV etc.. breakfast is also tasty. I loved and am happy. Staff is also very friendly. Over all my stay was superb.

Neat and clean. Good infra. But no proper rood facility to reach hotel from main road.

Not at all clean... Very dirty linen and rooms.... But staff attitude is acceptable
