Location was good. Rooms were clean enough. Supportive staff but would like them to be a little more prompt in their work. The breakfast was appropriate and tasty. Price is somewhat satisfactorily justified.

The worst experience. The staff are so rude and irresponsible. They do not keep the minimum toiletries. I asked for it.. and they were so bad they kept me waiting for an hour. Then asked me that they would provide it the next day. Such a worst experience. Never go there.

This is a very hyped restaurant with really average food and service. They have all kinds of food but I will suggest anyone to have it from there. I have been to the place alone and with friends many a times but they have never approached us in a descent manner. The service providers were always rude but we liked their food, recently they proved us wrong about the same. We went their with high expectations to have good food as we were starving and ordered nearly 6 or 8 dishes none of them were upto mark. Leave up to mark they were not even good enough to eat. All were under cooked even a simple dish such as french fries.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The food quality was below par, and the service was lacking. Additionally, I found it surprising that they charged for drinking water in the executive rooms. Given the price point, I expected a higher level of service and amenities. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others."

My wife, son, and in-laws recently stayed in a super deluxe AC room at Hotel Biverah, Trivandrum, and we were extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was far from clean—dust covered surfaces everywhere, and to our shock, there was even a rat. The refrigerator wasn’t functional, adding to the list of inconveniences. This was not what we expected from a super deluxe room, especially given the price. Based on the lack of basic hygiene and amenities, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Good hotel at affordable price. We were looking for an hotel in urgent and found this one to be a good option. Rooms are clean and good....come with a good view....all amenities are present. Staff is great as well. Overall a good hotel to consider if you're looking to stay in the city.

Yesterday, I went to the skypub with my friend, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staffs at this Biverah Hotel didn't seem like they were working in a 4-star property; their attitude and behavior were more like those at a local street food shop (which are far better than this). The food was average in both quality and quantity. There were at most 10 customers there at the time, so the staff were not in a hurry, yet they didn't have the time to listen to what a customer needed. We saw that the staff were busy watching football on TV in the dining area; that was their hurry. If we called them, their facial expressions would change, and they behaved in an arrogant way. We wondered if this is the way to treat customers in a 4-star property and where they studied hotel management. The only 4-star treatment we received was the bill. We were very disappointed, and these uncultured fellows ruined our wonderful evening. We would never suggest this property to anyone.

I recently had one of the worst experiences at your 4-star hotel. Yesterday, I visited your Skypub with a friend. The staff member present didn’t even take the time to properly take our order or give us time to decide what food to have. He was very arrogant, and his facial expressions made us feel like we were there for charity. As a joke, I asked if he had wheels on his shoes, considering how hurried he seemed, even though there were hardly 10 people on the floor at the time. The food was average, and the service was terrible. His attitude made us feel like we were not valued customers. He was the only one who spoiled our evening. I will never go to this hotel again.
