Good rooms , value for money. Since they were full, and I didn't have any booking, they were kind enough to arrange another room for me in a nearby guest house. I checked out the room , it was really good.

When checking out the staff at the reception asked for my phone with the OYO app open. At first I didn't understand why the hotel staff asked my phone. Then I saw her putting best ratings on my behalf which I didn't approve of. It's kind of cheating putting ratings without informing me or asking me. It's a cheap trick and a type of cheating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible Service. They will try to get double of the money out of you. When I checked in, I was told by the person at the reception to pay 1800 and I did tell him that I will be staying overnight. He agreed to that and in the evening after 07:30 the same person approached me and told me that we don't follow 24 hours clocking system for check in and check out. We follow 12 hours. Which contradicted what he mentioned in the morning. When I asked him to have the Manager talk to me, he said that the Manager is the one who told him to do so. We did call the manager and they spoke in their regional language, so I was clueless to what he said. The Manager the. Told that fellow to charge me 1600 extra till next morning. Otherwise pay 500 and move out. These guys are cheaters. Don't go to this Hotel. There are a lot better Hotels near the Padmanabhaswamy temple. That is where I am staying now.

I checked in with my Father as he had to visit the UAE Embassy. In the morning the person at the reception agreed to a certain amount of 1800 for an overnight stay. In the evening the same person told my Father to pay 1800 extra as they follow 12 hours clockout and not 24 hours. These guys are cheating new comers and when we confronted the one for the gross misconduct, he said I am staff sorry. Pathetic people. Scoundrels.

I have lived in many apartments, and this one is by far the best.The management goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are always impeccably maintained. The location is ideal, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place as second home.

Very clean and tidy rooms in heart of the city, very close to padmanabhaswamy temple and Pazhavangaadi Sree Maha Ganapathy Temple. The staffs are very down to earth, such a wonderful place for a comfortable stay with a very very reasonable price in the city. We had a wonderful stay and would like to record our thanks for the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the hotel staff. Above all, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality and kindness we received. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again
