Hotel SPS Kingsway

I found my stay very comfortable and happy to recommend others also and room was also good and all basic amenities were available.near to airport and Travinkore mall and staff was supportive and near to many prime locations. Food options we have to try out side but overall facility was good

"Very disappointing experience at Hotel SPS Kingsway. There is no proper parking arrangement; the parking space is cramped, poorly managed, and lacks any proper security. I didn’t feel my vehicle was safe, and it was frustrating to navigate. The customer service was equally disappointing—unhelpful and indifferent staff, with no interest in addressing guests’ concerns. Not a place I’d recommend if you’re expecting basic amenities and courteous service."

Welcoming and friendly staff, specially @reception. Spacious and clean rooms. Perfect location, all main malls and airport are nearby. Family friendly. Tasty complementary BF. Would rocomment this facility and will avail the facilty during our next visit. Thank you SPS Kingsway

Place was really unhygienic and we were all sneezing in the room, bedsheets were dirty dusty and stinging, we found used dress in one of the wardrobe and the air conditioning was stopped at midnight, no hot water availability no wifi, stinging rooms dirty curtains and bedsheets were the highlights

Rooms are clean but damp smells comes. Restaurant is not good, serves the same food all day all week no change in buffet menu. Restaurant service very poor

Stayed here one night as it was in 5km range of airport. Hotel is just average. Room was clean. Washroom was bad. Service was poor. Overall didn’t like this hotel at all. Book it only if you don’t get any other. Location of hotel is good as it’s on main highway. Close to malls and airports in trivandrum.
