Worst Customer Service Ever! I recently stayed at this hotel and I am beyond disappointed. First of all, the room was nothing like the pictures online. The carpet was stained, the bathroom was dirty with mold in the corners, and the air conditioning barely worked. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with rocks. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. What made it worse was the customer service. When I reported the issues, the front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. They acted like they couldn’t care less about my concerns. I even asked for a room change, but they refused and said the hotel was full, which clearly wasn’t true. I tried to speak to a manager, but I was told they were “too busy” to speak with me. Overall, my stay was a nightmare. The room was awful, and the lack of professionalism from the staff made it even worse. I will NEVER stay here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. If you want a pleasant stay and decent service, this is definitely not the place.
