The New View Hotel Inn

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and felt cramped. The AC was not working, making it very uncomfortable, and to my surprise, there wasn’t even a mirror inside the room. Cleanliness was also poor, which added to the bad experience. Definitely not worth the money—I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very dirty rooms. The bathroom didnt have a lock and the toilet was broken and the washbasin was cracked. Walking in the room was equivalent to walking on a beach with all the sand. The corridor is not wide enough to fit a single person. Also you have to check out at 12pm no matter how late you checked in. Overall not at all worth the tariff of 900 rs per day. They deny the lower price offered by oyo on the app.

The room service is very poor. They don't give you soap, toiletries or even a bottle of drinking water. The charge shown in OYO might not be accurate and I suggest calling the hotel to know the right fare. The rooms are not well cleaned and the towel provided was dirty. The toilet was also unclean. The only good thing is the location of the property.
