OYO Home 19505 Pushpakam Homestay

The house is extremely spacious and and cozy. Very well furnished, the rooms are big, cozy and luminous equipped with fans and AC. Every room has a private bathroom , there is a large dining hall, perfect to gather and have meals together. The kitchen is very well equipped. The upstairs terrace also is very big. But finally, the most important thing is that the owner was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help for any necessity. The cleanings were done regularly and with care.

The hospitality and welcome by my hosts Pradeep and Nileena was absolutely exceptional. I was made to feel like a family friend. The homestay is spacious with great facilities and a comfortable, good size room. I felt absolutely relaxed. Best stay in Kerala. Many, many thanks. Mike

what a great place to start your India trip, Mr Pradeep and his wife are wonderful hosts, nothing is too much trouble. They are generous and warm, great hospitality. Nileena is a great cook, her breakfast was mouth watering. The house is big, with trees, nice view. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Tea, coffee, bottled water available any time. I enjoyed staying here. I will come back. I felt welcomed and looked after, thank you.

Me and my family (including a 10 month infant) had planned a Trivandrum trip last December (Sorry Pradeep for sharing our review so late). We chose this homestay after reading a lot of reviews and we do not regret our choice a wee bit. Since the time of our booking, Pradeep had been checking on us and helping us with our planning. On reaching the destination we found a beautiful bungalow with a humble and grounded couple - Pradeep ane Neelina. They were very helpful throughout our stay with answers to all our 5 Why's - What, Where, When, Who, How :) .Although they could charge us for the meals in-house they never tried to sell it. In fact they did give us suggestions on good eateries in and around Trivandrum. Needless to say that we still chose in-house food over outside since they were equipped with a wonderful cook- Suresh( if i remember his name correctly). We used to look forward to our meal timings to relish his food. He made sure that the food was tailored to suit our baby. Overall a very nice experience at this homestay.

We were 3 families (Total 8 (3 kids)) on kerala trip. After going through the reviews on trip advisor we settled on Pushpakam homestay for our Trivandrum stay. We booked 3 bedroom bunglow. Homestay is awesome. Rooms are excellent. Food is very good.

Firstly, we would like to thank Pradeep sir for arranging an early check-in (4AM) to their homestay. The house is beside Malayalam superstar Mohanlal's house, so its quite familiar to local commuters. We were provided with the terrace room with hilltop view. We are very impressed with the vintage look of the homestay inspired by Travancore-ish architecture. Pradeep sir went an extra mile ahead to help us in finding a good hotel for late lunch as we were new to town. I would also like to thank Mrs.Kumar for preparing early breakfast for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Mrs.Kumar due to our tight schedule but I am sure we would meet her soon may be in our next visit. Overall I would say staying at Pushpakam is an experience in itself. Thank you Pradeep sir for all your help. I would really recommend Pushpakam.

Spacious rooms and courtyard. Ample covered parking space. Excellent ambience with beautiful lighting. All necessary amenities including a fully functional kitchen, fridge, washing machine, AC, and so on. Good hosts who are prompt to all needs. Highly recommended space with a bookings.com award to its name.

Great place to stay in Trivandum when you like to get away from the noisy and hectic city. life. The manager, Pradeep, is very helpful in finding your way in the city. There is a kitchen and dining room so you can hang out in the house with a good book and make some chai tea and coffee! Airport is not far away so good way to start or end your trip flying from Trivandum. Thank you Pradeep for your great service!!
