We stayed for 6 nights. The best hotel in Thrivandum. This is the only hotel I recommend to spend your holiday. There is not a single bad experience we had during our stay. Staff is so helpful and polite. Operation Manager is doing an excellent job maintaining the hotel. All the best to the staff and thank you for making our stay memorable.

Good service. It's a bit pricey compared to other local water holes. The employees are very customer oriented starting from the security guards themselves. Very good ambience. Though a bit on the pricey end, the food and drinks are really good. Loved the interactions, the courtesy and definitely the drinks. The mutton perattu was not up to the mark. That's the only issue I felt during my last visit.

This review is specific to thier rooftop bar. My school friends and I have been there on multiple occasions. Don't freak out. We are 40+. The ambience is pretty good. The drinks are reasonable and the food is good. It gets crowded so finding a table can be challenging specially on the weekends. Parking is limited but they offer valet parking.

Outstanding the spot is great this is the second time Iam ordering the sadhya from the priyam restaurant. Wonderful customer service especially by Nandini, shanto and the rest other teams keep up the good work guys . Coming on to the food it was excellent on to my taste will come back again thank you guys .

RACO was one of the best Hotels in Tvm city. Roof top Restaurant cum bar was very attractive. Food was comparatively better.

The hotel facilities are top-notch – the room was spacious, and an extra bed was arranged for my daughter. What truly set Raco apart, however, was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. The restaurant staff was amazing especially Ms. Shilpa was very attentive and very anticipated.
