Super Hotel O Prince Palace

Checking was very smooth I don't have to wait. within 2 minute I get the key. Room was very clean. Very silent atmosphere. Good location 👌. Hotel is fully loaded. No need to go outside for anything, like food,tea, mineral water soft drink evening tea and coffee with snack also available. and Hotel is also BAR attached. Very delicious non veg and veg food also. Room was good but one think door lock was not very safe. Only key lock was ther. No extra manual lock. If we lock from inside any one can unlock with key from outside. I request to hotel management please fix extra manual lock for costumer privacy and safety also. Cctv was every where. But one extra manual door lock also we want so we feel more comfortable for our privacy. Hope management will be understand 🙏. I will like to visit again at the same hotel 🏨. All the best for future 😀.

Rooms where newly painted due to which it looked neat and tidy, however water was dripping from the roof so had to switch to another room. Even after switching to another room, there were no hot water availablity had to call service team multiple times with no proper response. Room AC were not working. The road entry to the hotel where horrible with full of wholes and big big stones. I had booked stay dor 3 night and had a horrible experience.I'll never recommend anyone.

Rooms were not well maintained. It smelled very bad. Even though the property had spacious rooms, the same was not at all well kept. The staff were also not friendly and welcoming. They were treating the guests like strangers and we were not at all happy with the check in process. Was not at all a comfortable stay.

Entrance from public road to the hotel was badly damaged leading to damages to my car. Parking in a slope. The slop ends with a pit on the road thus leading to back of your car hitting the tar road. Hot water was not available in the mornings because they use solar heater but hot water was available in the evenings. TV was not working as the subscription was not active. Complaint but no response provided.

Worst hotel & very Worst service. AC didn't work, when we requested to check, nobody showed up. No hot water supply. TV doesn't work. Dirty rooms. Smoke smell everywhere. The room pictures showed in website is not real. doesn't match with the rooms they have. Don't spoil your stay by booking here at prince palace.

We booked 2 rooms at the hotel through agoda. The rooms came in with offers so it was quite affordable. One of the rooms was quite good at that pricing but the 2nd room was really bad. I think the 1st room is in a renovated block and the 2nd room is in the old block. While you are booking your room, make sure the rooms are in the new block. Regarding the service offered, the room service was really bad. We had to ask for extra glass 3 times over the phone before they brought it.

Worst experience ever.. Booked through oyo app. Booked a double bed. But after payment is done they provided us with room with 2 single beds. When complained about it they simply told us to pay for costlier room..!! Oyo customer care could not solve the problem and our entire plan got sucked .. Tried to adjust for the day with their Not so Clean room, then the AC didn't work at all..!! When complained to solve it.. Nobody responded.. NEVER FACED SUCH TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEFORE...Will never forget that face of that crooked receptionist and that worst hotel in Trivandrum

I was okay with this room because I got it at good rate, else it will not be a good option as it's like really old building all room fornitute and other amenities like tv and ac are out dated those are working but not properly and when booked online it shown out side food and food delivery allowed but when reached there they said outside food not allowed , it is not fair to make new restrictions as we book hotel after checking restrictions and all, so if you have such restrictions kindly update it under restrictions, anyway stay was okay not great
