SPOT ON Killi Tourist Home

From my personal opinion room was nice. Hotel located middle of the city so travelling also more comfortable. Hygienic level is not bad. Some maintanence are required in this hotel but overall the rooms are good and receptionist also behaves in a good way.I had such a nice experience in that hotel.

Room was not hygienic.especially bathroom were too bad and smelly.office girl asked me to give my mobile and she tried to give 5 star rating from my phone without my permission.Behaviour to customer were too rude and aggressive.i will never try to book a hotel on OYO for my trip

The hotel is located at the centre of the city. The rooms are spacious. They need to improve upon the following 1. No lift facility. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Senior citizens like me find it difficult to climb many times to access the rooms. 2. Cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas. This's not as per OYO standard. Photos are attached for reference. The doors are not properly getting sealed, insects can enter easily. Fans seldom cleaned (it looks). cupboards are in bad shape.

The sheets, floor, and wardrobe were not clean at all. The floor was sticky. Only got a used soap bar probably used by a previous guest. When asked for a new one they said sorry it's out of stock. The hotel is not safe for couples, the receptionist who calls himself "the doctor" misused our ID information to track down our Instagram ID. All the reviews on booking.com are fake. All the photos and reviews are done by them from different accounts. You can check the dates of those reviews for proof.

It's very sorry to say, but on contacting SPOT ON Killi tourist home, they said they are not accepting OYO booking anymore. I did not stay there for the booked date. So kindly check, whether the tourist homes are actually accepting the OYO bookings, before it is put as open slot on the OYO website.
