Very friendly owner, always helping. Restaurant in 1st floor. The man on the elevator ready to help in any case. They know, where I get good money for my Swiss francs. Friendly place near railway station.

Unprofessional female staffs handling reception. Too unprofessional behaviour. They don't know how to handle a guest. Delux Rooms are neet and clean also very spacious. Room Interiors and lightings just average. Easily accessible location. Nice food available in their own restaurant.

I had a very nice experience there.. Good room. Great services and reasonable price… Just 1 km away from Sree Padmanabha Swami temple. Overall I’m very much satisfied 🙏🏻😇

One of the best hotel in this area , I have stayed here for last 10 years on business and personal and they never disappointed me , and always very courteous and gentle Reception and Service staffs .One of the good foods available and service is excellent. Nice stay - Ragul

They are a scam. Worst staff and service I ever seen. If you are new to the area I won't recommend going here... They did a scam with the travel agency they partnered with. I was told to get a free shuttle/cab service and then the driver will ask more money(1000 for 8 km) after drop and when I called the hotel they said its between you and him. These people show the culture and tradition being followed at trivandrum. Rooms telephone not working...glass kept not clean... Be safe from such a scam hotel.They have a rating just because it's nearby railway.

Good rooms within wakable distance from railway station, bus stand and temple. In house restaurant is good. Must try their lunch Thali. 24 hrs check out option available and which is good.
