Hotel Padma

I was been a regular customer in this hotel and in my last visit I had a bad experience the customer service was too bad . I didn’t get a proper consideration for the problem so I would like to give a suggestion about taking care of the customer properly and satisfying them as my car got an issue .

Beautiful ambience ❤️❤️❤️. I stayed alone and felt so safe, no disturbance, no prejudice, good hospitality. Decent and well mannered staffs . Tasty food. Location was ideal to me, but there is road construction infront and Google doesn't navigate clear now.

This hotel is very near to the trivandrum court, also not very far from general hospital, university of kerala, AKG Centre etc. We went there for a friends get together dinner. We took a private area/room and food and beverages were served there. Rooms are good and maintained well. Excellent service by the staff. They are friendly and quick. The starters were good. The main course was ok. Had a wonderful time. Now, since road work is going on, we had to park near the side roads.

I recently dined at this establishment, intrigued by its reputation for offering a diverse range of steak options, including beef, pork, rabbit, fish, and paneer. Our visit coincided with a dry day, creating a tranquil ambiance within the establishment. Our foresight led us to pre-book our meal a day in advance, a decision that ensured a seamless dining experience. The dinner was served on the terrace, situated on the fourth floor of the building, affording us a delightful perspective. Our selection comprised chicken, beef, and paneer steaks, each exceeding expectations in terms of flavor and quality. While it leans toward the higher end of the price spectrum, the generous portion sizes unquestionably justified the cost. The attentive and welcoming customer service further elevated our dining experience. It's worth noting, however, that the parking area appeared relatively limited in size, potentially posing challenges during peak periods. In summation, our visit left us with a contented impression of this establishment, where quality, service, and ambiance came together harmoniously.

Had the buffet lunch. While the food was good, there was no separate hand wash area. For all about 40 to 50 seats in the rooftop buffet area, there were only 2 tiny wash basins fixed inside two tiny unkempt toilets, one each for men and women. So after a sumptuous meal, be prepared to vomit; thanks to the stinky toilet. Update: The condition of the wash area/toilets continues to be gruesome....

Very comfortable room and bathroom. Easy to find. Front desk and staff were very helpful and carrying. very quick service. Buffet was awesome. low price but quality food . thank you all.

I recently stayed at a padma hotel and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
