Unforgettable Birthday celebration at Ridges Hotel. I wanted to thank Ridges Hotel for making my son's 1st Birthday celebration such a memorable time!!,the food was delicious and the party was well organized. Everything was sooo beautiful and the staff was amazing! And to the wonderful manager Anoop for being so sweet and Helpful for answering all questions in such a prompt manner. Highly recommended!!!

We landed on a Sunday & Vishu day. We were three first people in the restaurant at 12:20pn..We hope being before time were might manage to get tea. we placed our order for Biryani. Then in some time 1 or 2 couples came in. The staff entry into serve them without even asking is for water. We waited till 12 45 pm & i got up & went to the waiters saying just because we are not eating the sadhya doesn't mean they can't ask us for water.. finally someone came with a bottle of mineral water, checked inside & told us that it will take another 2 min.. Finally by 12 55pm were got tea for my parents & me. My mother incidentally is diabetic..

Located right at Pattom Junction. 100m from PSC head office. Rooms are a bit old but very neat and very spacious and the Food is really good. Considering the location and size of the rooms, 2600rs/night for an Ac double room is not a high price. Single rooms are 2000/night.

We used this hotel for our stay in Trivandrum for 2 days. Room was neat but it had the smell of an unused room . The bed sheets were not that clean. The washroom had broken cabinets. The couch was so old. The AC wasn’t functioning properly or cooling. For the price it was not worth it. We ended up paying Rs 3125 per day. The morning complimentary breakfast did not have a buffet but only very few selected items like dosa , idli , bread omelet and bread butter . This was the menu even for the next day. At the time of check-in they kept 3 half litre bottles of water and the next day they never gave us the new refills too. When informed the reception they forgot to again give the refills. We had to go and get the water bottles ourselves. Poor management and room service too. We didn’t have another option so ended up staying in this hotel for 2 days.

I used this hotel for a night stay. I reached hotel at 7.30pm. And to my surprise there was not single person to pick up our bags. There was no drinking water, glasses, blankets, soaps and towels. When I asked for it I got only one towel and two soaps. Due to some reason we have to leave early morning at 2.30am. And there was no person to pick up bags at all. This is not correct way to have staffing. I am not recommeding this place to anyone. Hope they improve in future.
