Flagship Le Fort

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Flagship Le Fort I recently stayed at Flagship Le Fort and had a very disappointing experience. The room was subpar, and the overall conditions were not as expected. The cleanliness and maintenance were below standard, which made my stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was unprofessional, with no signs of hospitality or willingness to assist guests. I was expecting a much better experience, given the reputation of the hotel, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly think twice before booking here again.

One of the worst experience I have had in a long time during my stay! Pathetic in maintaining rooms and equally pathetic so called owner!! First of all the address mentioned in Google map is wrong, I was roaming around for awhile in search of it and when I did address it to them they say it's not their fault. Fine, now I booked AC room for two days and when I entered the room AC was not working and it never worked to be honest!! When I asked them at first they had a audacity to say that it's not their fault. When I took matter into my control he accepted it's his fault and finally agreed to refund AC room charge and guaranteed me that AC will work by tomorrow. As I said again AC never worked again. And the refund amount I got was for one day even though I stayed for two days! Next up geyser, it was just kept for showcase. I am not an ahole, I am not a kind of a guy who even if not using it I want it to work. It was raining for both days and both the time I was wet. I needed a hot water and instead I got ice cold water for bath!! And it's pointless to complain because owner didn't even care and gives some lame excuses! And last but not least room was filled with ants. All my food got spoiled, bed was completely covered with ants and they bite. When I asked them they said there's no room left. I just wanted to leave that place as quickly as possible to avoid getting biten for much longer. And still there's many issues like broken door and jammed locks. And while leaving guy was rude and started saying you can write whatever you want we don't care kind of attitude!! Overall the experience was utterly disappointing and I will not be going anywhere near that hotel from next time onwards. And if you want to have worst experience while in thrivandrum then feel free to go. And yeah when you book from Oyo you can't even contact them. That should have been my first warning ⚠️

Haven't updated their location on Google maps... U can't get manager's contact for location guidance until u book the hotel Wasted my money since after booking found out there last room available was messed up Had to book another hotel

The location is easy to find and the behaviour of staff is so awesome. One of your staff Benaro, he helped me to find out near by locations and helped me to get the places of visiting. So pleased by the service of your staffs. Budget friendly hotel with clean amenities.

Asking for extra charges while check in even though payment was made through Goibibo. No value for customer and owner had adviced to collect extra charges. Worst experience.

Room was above average and considering the price it was worth it. google map took me to a different location first and then we have to figure out the directions by asking people.
