OYO Flagship 084 MG Road Trivandrum

Hotel looks very good from the outside however when you go inside it will fuse your mind. We checked in the hotel and they provided us the room which was we are not booked the room is very very small and full of smell Then I went to reception and asked them to change after few minute of discussion they have changed our room The provided room was good and very big which we booked by seeing the photos. Food quality is very poor provided by the hotel I did not recommend this hotel as come to pricing .

4 stars for price thy charged n service provided.pros.. Ac room clean bed n sheets clean towel. With TV . complimentary breakfast fast but very limited eg only puri bhaji or idli n tea only. For coffee extra. Food taste ok. Wash rooms..ok, no hot water , wash basin n toilet adequately clean. Close accessibility to station , padmanabhan Swamy temple.approx 2km Kovalam beach 11 km approx .catch low floor bus from temple to beach 40rs only , taxis will charge you 800 to 1100rs to n fro,auto per trip 300rs.

Stayed there for only one night. The bed was full of bugs. Linen were very old & itchy. Hot water was not available in the washroom. TV was not working. No option to choose what to have for breakfast, bcoz they provide it as a parcel with food THEY like us to eat!!! I got 3 pooris with a water like curry. This is my worst oyo experience.

Booked it to stay with my wife and child. Luckily before the staff marking my check in on system I inquired about the meals that i booked for that night through oyo itself , then the staff informed that the restaurant was not working. The room was very unhygienic. There was no hot water. Bedsheets were not clean and looked very old. Found even some bugs in the bed. At last I checked out the same night and took a room in south park. Never go to this oyo flagship 084 aka The Capital.

The place is nice to stay. But it needs more cleanliness and maintenance. The check in and check out is real quick and the staff is really friendly. The service and the complementary breakfast is good. Plus the place is easily accessible from the highway and is very close to the Trivandrum Central Railway Station. It is a good place to stay but it would be hard to say it is worth the rent paid.

There is a review with one star for this hotel I felt so confused to book here I was not sure what if something could go wrong but I called Oyo to check they were so helpful they told me that Oyo flagship means its a hotel managed by Oyo itself so I thought I could check it out by myself. So I used reletionship mode to check it how it works and is it secure so I checked in with my friend who has local ID. Guess what the results were so awesome no unwanted questions,no staring, all they asked was the id proof after that hassle free check in. staff were polite and helpful especially I have to mention the receptionist a young woman who's so polite and helpful and receive everyone with a wonderful smile. rooms were clean and as described. Complimentary breakfast was good not great so the experience with Oyo was great

One of the worst OYO Ingane ever visited. 1. Had to wait additional half an hour to finish the cleaning and to get my key. 2. Place isn't clean. Many part of the room is dusty. 3. Booked a suite room. But it's hardly a suite room, AC on the hall was nonworking, couch was dirty with ALOT of stains. 4. They turn off the lift from time to time. 5. No complimentary items. Zero. (NO water , soap, brush or anything for that matter.)

It was worth of money with air conditioned rooms in cheap rate and the facility was also very good and room service was better. Room was clean and had oyo beauty creme and bathing lotion .The place was also near to Trivandrum town and we can easily access any of the public facilities. The place is also easily noteacable from the street. There was a cafe in the basement of this stay. Also we can stay in bulk group of people after booking because there were lot of rooms.
