Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent booking experience through your platform. Unfortunately, the hotel accommodations displayed on your website did not match the reality upon arrival. The conditions of the hotels were extremely disappointing, with non-functional air conditioning, lack of vehicle parking, and no food and water facilities. This experience left much to be desired and does not align with the standards expected from a service provider of your stature. As a result, I regret to say that I cannot recommend MakeMyTrip to others based on this experience. I urge you to improve the accuracy of hotel listings and ensure that customers receive the quality of service they expect when booking through your platform.

Provision of beak fast in the hotel is fake, instead of beak fast provision they are returning Rs 100. No body is there to take care. Both room is not clean, bucket and jugs are dirty.

Good rooms.i took non Ac room which is good, didn't feel any hot inside. But no free water. It's in the center part of the town but difficult to find the location. Toilet and other utilities are up to the stand for the rent

My stay was very nice with family. Very neat & clean room with well maintained . Hotel staff are so polite and well behaved to customers. I really enjoyed my trip. It's 1 km to railway station, bus stop and padmanabhaswamy temple. Thanks to princess inn royal

It's quite ok property. Location was good Staff was very helpful & Freidnly. For staff 5star Rating, Family friendly hotel. Overall experience was Good

1. Small room size and toilet size.... 2. Room smell is not good.. 3. No ventilation on toilet 4. Staff behaviour is good. 5. No hot water...when I staying period 6. I requested 2 to 3 times for hot water..but no hot water in toilet... 7. Single occupancy is ok for this amount 8. Not good for family....

Not even basic service like water and tea available. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and have little or no ventilation at all. Book AC rooms only if you must. Not worth the price.

Room was neat. Price also ok Bath room below average Staffs were good, friendly n polite No lift, so chose ground floor if u r with family. No good restaurant nearby. Not ok for family. But for friends it s a good.
