UDAY SUITES - THE GARDEN HOTEL

What a perfect place. We were spellbound from the moment we arrived. The tropical plants & garden so relaxing. Beautiful bird avery and even an aruvedic spa. Our room and the breakfast was fantastic. The pick up from the airport in the early hours made our holiday start so smoothly. We had the most comfortable sleep and the recently renovated room was stunning- so clean and stylish. This property is a gem of Trivandrum.

During Kerala trip, "UDAY SUITES" hotel at Thiruvananthpuram was our first hotel having an overnight stay. I was bit sceptical as to how the hotel would be etc. Moreover, our flight got changed at last moment due to operational reasons & hence instead of we reaching hotel by evening, reached at night 10 PM. But as it says God helps in difficult times, so was my experience when I'd my first word with Hari Krishnan the hotel's Front Office Assistant, when we landed at airport. Our tour manager had informed him regarding flight delay and he was so nice that he / his team had hold the dinner for all of us considering the late night delay. He had already messaged us for the same. Polite and humble nature of the entire staff was so much experienced by family when Hari and team told us to first relax and have full dinner. Later we did our hotel check-in process. I was highly impressed by the overall hotel & the extremely helpful hotel team.||Morning view from the room was amazing. Fabulous ambience, big hotel property with abundant colourful flower plantations, beautiful placement of hotel name alongside a high clock tower, extremely scrumptious food items.. made me fall in love with this beautiful resort. One more additional night stay at this hotel was highly needed. Nevertheless we'll have it next time.This hotel also has a small but beautiful souvenir shop. Reception area is nice & has a traditional gramophone placed. Overall hotel ambience, it's location, cleanliness (be it of the room & entire hotel) swimming pool, indoor play amenities and courteous n polite staff of this hotel truly deserves BESTEST rating. I would surely recommend this amazing hotel for stay to my friends & families. Kudos team UDAY SUITES. Special mention for Hari and other staff members too for the very helpful nature and hospitality. From myself, I would give 10/10 rating.

Excellent hotel with nice ambience. We got swimming facing room it was fantastic. Staffs were really helpful and excellent hospitality especially front office staff Loretta and deepak. Always positive vibe from them. Also buffet breakfast was great and nice staff and good service.

Excellent stay. Employees are very friendly. It gives a nostalgic feeling. Nice hospitality. Keep growing keep it up. Excellent hospitality Mr. Shinu Mr Swaraj Miss Ojila and miss Kalpana. God bless u all. They serve with smile it gives an excellent feeling

Just average stay. Around 400 meters close to the beach. There is a disconnect among the departments within the hotel. I had difficulty with parking places as good spots would be pre-occupied with hotel staff vehicles and i could spot most of the guest cars under sun, with no covered options in the area. Welcome drink is a joke, just 100ml of cold blue tea, nothing else, kids are disappointed with it. Heritage room in 1st floor is very big and clean, but felt it's far away from the main part of hotel , the room is next to parking areas and ground floor is using for the office purposes.

Excellent service - very friendly welcome at reception - fastest room service. Good Ambience - good food - pollution free atmosphere due to greenery - Vicinity to Airport - very close to Beach - Cordial Staff - Spacious rooms - lovely swimming pool

I had a better and the best experience in this hotel||Nice staffs.... friendly behavior.. expecially the Front Office staffs Hari Gireesh Nitheesh Loretta Harsha ashik afsal Deepak Everyone treated me well and the food was also good|| ||I had stayed there for 3 nights and thankyou Uday suites for the good care

Hotel Uday suit is very good|We prefer pure Jain food ..they deliver very good Jain food here . Special thanks to chef for providing authentic food ||Support staff Swaraj had helped us in a good way in restaurant...||We enjoyed here ..Property is good
