Casa In Luxury Suites

Due to early check in I was charged ₹1000/- however at the time of check out I had to pay the charges even though it was paid. I was assured that it will be refunded but even after 1 week of constant following it has not been paid. Good restaurant and food served. The male receptionist told me that no room is available for early check in but he could find one when I offered to pay. I had to continue in the same room for next 4 days. I shared my GPay, bank details, QR code for the refund still not resolved. Today after one week of following up the money was refunded to my account

Do not trust you're vehicle to be handled with care, cause they give it back with scratches and deep cuts then shifts the blame to the guests. The pool is under construction for 5 months so the price is not reasonable for the small one room. It was one of the worst experiences ever so i would recommend any other hotels other than this.

Loved the rooms and the food was good too. However the pool was in maintenance, so couldn’t use it. All in all good experience.

Like a paying guest were all the bed Rooms in apartment is converted to Rooms with a visiting and dining area, if there is other families lot of noise and talking can be heard. Two beds joined for making king or queen size bed, because of it there is a big gap between the bed, you will only find it late and it gets really annoying in the middle of sleep (while turning), all amenities are provided in the room, dental kit has to be requested. Morning breakfast buffet was good , but in room dining food was below average. We ordered curd rice and dal kitchadi. We had to request extra curd to make it semi liquid. Both dal kitchadi and curd rice was very dry(Like pulav) and below average. Overall ok, but some below average. If you are traveling with family and require multiple room then it's a good option because you may can request Rooms in same apartment. Road to the hotel from the main road is in a bad shape and too narrow. Parking is limited. So you will have to rely on the security guard for Parking. He will adjust and park inside the building.

They serve beef. Also outside food not allowed in hotel and swimming pool not working. Deodorant’s are sprayed in room inplace of room freshner. The hotel is inside residential area . Market is far.

My experience is not bad . Not very good.. Ok.. good. Rooms are with less space but halls are spacious.. for family trips with plan to spend together food and sleep separately .. it will be ok...

It was a very luxurious and spacious room including 3 balconies,ac and TV in each room. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Check in process was quick but room service was little slow. There is a common area which includes sofa, bog tv , 2 balconies , ac, wash basin. Common hall / area having dinning table as well to have lunch and dinner which was very convenient and got a great experience. We ordered Manchurian and paneer chilli in restaurant but taste was not that good

Very decent hotel, rooms are little but clean and neat. Located in very narrow streets, parking is available.
