OYO Flagship 41694 Hotel Safa Inn

Don't book via OYO,, it's a fraud company,, couldn't communicate with OYO customer service,, I paid while booking but when i reached the hotel they demand money much more than the online price(almost double),, more than 45 minutes i struggled with OYO customer service but useless,, stand on the middle of the road,, room pictures diifferent, when u visit directly it's like low priced lodge, no hot water, no TV, No parking,, no clean,, no wifi,, no proper security,,, OYO is the fraud company,, Now I'm struggling to get my money refund. If you call customer service regarding refund after attend the call they say plz wait in the line for few minutes, then a music plays, you have wait roughly around 45 minutes over the phone call, then nobody will come, call will get disconnected automatically. what kind of a customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

We had three days stay and the Air-con in the room was not working. The hotel was ready to change the room after being informed. The wifi provided was working and more than enough for customers demands. They have to improve cleanliness and hygeine inside their corridoors (experienced a cockroach infestation in our room during their corridoor cleaning process). Daily cleaning activities were skipped during our 3 days stay. Considering the prices in OYO and MMT I cannot recommend staying there. They are just good in advertising and poor in managing the customer issues. No inspection, No enquires. Only premium pricing for mere premium services. The customer care of OYO is also horrible. They cannot call back a customer, cannot call the hotel reception and convey any message. Our total experience with the hotel employees were satisfying.

Worst hotel ever in the oyo flagship . The staff was not at all listening, ac not working and rooms were even not cleaned. They did not even change the rooms. If the review system had 0 rating , i would probably give that. I suggest anybody who is checking out this hotel kindly do not book it..! You will be very happy

I stayed here with my family for two days. The room is pretty spacious and clean. Hot water is available only in a specific time. The staff should be little more informative and friendly to customers. The just informed nothing about hot water, breakfast, coffee kit, unless asked. But overall good since it is cheaper than other hotels

Picture is different and the Rooms are in Different Locations. I booked rooms through Goibibo and reached there. Couldn't find the location. Later called Oyo team and Goibio team to get the Contact person number. Visited the room in another building. All rooms showed not cleaned. No Safety. Complaint to Oyo and Goibio. They refunded my paid amount within 15 minutes

Even though from outside the hotel looked disappointing, there was a great cozy room inside. Staff were helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast could have been better. It was bought to room. Location is great especially if you had some work at Medical College. It's on main road, 5 minutes walk to Indian coffee house and 10-15 minute walk to medical College. Food is not a problem as you have uber eats very active in Trivandrum.

Hotel safa-in is situated in very close proximity of Trivandrum medical college and the Trivandrum medical college bus stand. The hotel doesn't provide food service but it's surrounded by lot of veg and Non veg shops. It provides uninterrupted power supply and a good cable connection. Bathroom is spacious with hot water facility. Timing has been clearly scheduled. It's cheap when compared to other hotels near by medical college. But when compared to a Oyo room recently visited in coorg the amenities and service could have been better.

Value for money. Building is bit old but they are trying to make it as much clean as possible. Parking is not very easy to get as they have only few parking slots which need to be shared with all other shops in that apartment, you might need to wait for it to become available. Doesn't come with open waiting area or reception with good space to relax, sit, meet guests. Other than that as said it's definitely 'value for money'. Other AC rooms in this area are few hundred more in terms of price. They provide free breakfast which is a plus.
