Nill1. “Total disappointment” I don’t even know where to start. The service was horrendous; the staff seemed annoyed that I even walked in. The food was a joke – soggy, bland, and served cold. It looked like something you’d scrape off the bottom of a fridge drawer. And the wait? Over an hour for this disaster! Never again. 2. “False advertising at its finest” The name made me think this would be a cozy, high-quality place. Wrong! There was no “aroma” other than a faint whiff of something burning in the kitchen, and the “classic” part must refer to their ancient, broken furniture. The whole place is just dirty, loud, and depressing. If you value your health, stay far away. 3. “A waste of time and money” If there were a competition for the worst restaurant experience, this place would win hands down. The staff was indifferent, the food was barely edible, and the drinks tasted like they’d been sitting out for days. I can’t believe I wasted good money on this nightmare. Don’t even bother walking through the door. 4. “Food poisoning central” Went there with a few friends, and all of us ended up sick the next day. The food was clearly not fresh, and hygiene seems to be a foreign concept to them. How is this place even still in business? They should be shut down. 5. “They don’t care, and it shows” Everything about this place screams laziness. The menu was a mess, half the items weren’t available, and what they did serve tasted like frozen microwave meals. When I complained, the manager just shrugged. Truly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

★This is not Hotel this is Dump of Garbage collection from entry to exit. Starting from Reception without any AC, Fan, illiterate reception staffs,then you enter the slowest lift where you have to wait for 30 mins for your chance then comes amazing landfill called room where you will be greeted with Dampness and Bathroom so called Drainage Room. The quality of bedsheets so worst beds are so dirty and room design is horrible. Never book this hotel better stay in Waiting Room of Station or in Airport. Stayed from 30-31st booked by Jatrik Travel Agency Kolkata. Ruining the image of capital city thjs building should be demolished.

NillAroma Classic Days is hands down the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with a musty, damp smell that sets the tone for what’s to come. The rooms are an absolute nightmare—walls covered in mold, damp patches everywhere, and to top it all off, I found worms crawling on the floor near the bed! The furniture looks like it’s been salvaged from a junkyard, and the bedding felt damp and smelled awful. The staff couldn’t care less about your complaints, brushing off concerns with indifference. The food was just as bad—bland, cold, and obviously reheated. Hygiene is clearly a foreign concept here, and the entire place feels unsanitary and unsafe. For the outrageous prices they charge, it’s nothing short of a scam. Save your money, your health, and your sanity—do not step foot in this disaster of a place!

NillFrom where to start I don’t know. Rooms are very shabby. Odd smells inside the rooms. Furniture’s are very old and damaged. My wife injured in damaged furniture. AC is not working. Behaviour of staffs and lady receptionist are very rude. I stay here from 30.12.24 to 31.12.24 booked by Jatrik tours and travels Kolkata. Initially they give a damaged room. After request they change the room 609. I will not recommend any one to stay there.

NillCame to.Ruchi restaurant, but as i had been a little early and was waiting for my family to come, thought of waiting at the lobby of Aroma classic days at ground floor. Both airconditioners at the lobby is not working. When asked the receptionist, Mr.Rajeev, got an arrogant reply that it is not working. When asked if they don't have an alternative like fan, the answer was a little more arrogant, this is how it's here, moreover in the evening we don't switch on airconditioner. So in short,i was forced to wait outside for almost 20 minutes.

NillIf there is chance of giving negative stars in review I would have given that. The rooms are in extremely bad condition no maintenance had been done furniture’s are broken the behaviour of reception staff are very bad. This stay is the worst experience of my life till now.

NillWorst experience,the rooms are very damp,rooms are not properly cleaned,there is a very bad smell in the room, plugs are broken.And the most disappointed thing is that if you complain about this problem to the reception, it seems like that it is your fault to stay in this hotel,the behaviour is very harsh and arrogant of the staffs.not recommend for anyone .
